I was gone for a vacation so I really didn't mind order taking more than expected, but got pretty disappointed with what was done with my pc. They informed me the price for custom rebuild will he around $150, including the cable managements, parts assembly (I specifically requested for the heatsink installation) None of them were done. No cable managements, heatsink wasn't installed, GPU sustainment and support weren't installed so the GPU was just hanging by one beam, Kept telling me that their technician must have forgotten it, and if I come back the following day everything should be done. When I visited the next day, the heat sink literally fall off as I opened up the pc right in front of them. At that point I was just done with everything, paid the full price(funny enough, custom build for SFF is "supposed to be more expensive" but I guess they charged me the $150 instead) and left. I had a really nice experience with linx8 2 years ago, with their customer service and pc support until this time, hopefully it won't happen again.

The first female staff member I spoke with didn't even try to help -- she just shrugged and said, "We can't help you right away." The manager, Miguel, started off acting like he wanted to help. He told me to call AT&T's customer care line myself to figure out the replacement process since it was beyond the 14‑day warranty. The manufacturer had already explained that replacements and refunds were handled by AT&T because of ongoing tariffs. So I did exactly what he said and called. Once the AT&T customer care representative confirmed that the manager at the store needed to process the replacement, I handed Miguel the phone. He went to the back, came out after a few minutes, and flat-out told me, "I can't help you." Unbelievable. He literally told me to call and then ignored the instructions from his own corporate line. Meanwhile, my kids were sitting there watching how their dad was being treated -- following every direction given and still being turned away. This place clearly only cares about selling new phones or services. But if there's a problem with something you've already bought, they'll brush you off and make you jump through hoops. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a corporate store. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment -- go somewhere else. This location and its management are a total disgrace.

They also put on a screen protector for me. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of. We went here because my husband was having an issue with his AirPods. We already had an…read moreappointment but ended up getting there about 75 minutes early since we had our young daughter with us. We explained that keeping a toddler at the mall for another 75 minutes isn't easy and asked if there was any chance they could take us as a walk-in. I understand we were early and they had other appointments, so I wasn't expecting them to take us right away. But the manager was pretty rude about it and basically just told us to come back at our appointment time. We were simply asking if there was any possibility of being accommodated. My husband also had another issue with the same AirPods and asked if they could check that at the same time. They told him he would need to make another appointment for that issue, which was frustrating. It's the same AirPods and we were already there, so having to make another trip just didn't make much sense to us. Unfortunately, this is the only Apple Store close to us, so we'll probably be back when we need help. I understand they have their appointment system, but I just wish the whole situation had been handled a little more nicely. Even if they couldn't take us early or help with both issues, a friendlier response would have made a difference.
