My phone shut down this morning and would not take a charge. I'm out of town and had meetings all day, unable to get to a store, and unable to contact my family at home. I stopped by this T-Mobile after the conference, they were kind, helpful, informed, patient, and eager to help. They fixed my phone, showed me how to fix it if it happened again, and when I offered to pay them for their help, they refused. Well done, T-Mobile. read more

Horrible service took almost an hour for someone to help us. They had 2 people trying to service the whole store and they were so slow it was like it was both of their first days at work. Multiple people ended up leaving because they weren't able to he'll them with their issues read more

0 STARS! I was in Florida at a hotel next to the store. I was helped by Itzy. I thought she did a good job until I got home and was missing 3 items that I ordered. I watched her ring up all items to be sent to me. I called the store and was told that they couldn't discuss my account over the phone. I called the customer service line and spoke to Robert and he said that the items purchased were not showing on my account. He told me to go to a local store and purchase the items again and he would call me in 2 days and reimburse me the $147 for the items. Of course he never called. I have been with Tmobile for 14 years and they have terrible customer service unless you are a new customer. They treat me as an existing customer like crap! read more

customer service was very giving, I went in for a simple screen protector change which is insured. Brenda who assisted me kept speaking Spanish then English. She asked me did i have the insurance in which i replied yes then she says well i'm going to check anyway, well fine. I gave her my telephone number and she looked it up then states well i'll give it to you anyway my system isn't scanning as if you're doing me a favor. T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - the sales rep - Mobile Phones Near Me - Orlando, Florida

We've made 2 visits to this Orlando T-Mobile Store. The first time, we were offered help within a 2-3 minutes of arriving. The 5 customers split between 2 other reps were so loud, our communication was horrible. Our rep would stop and listen to their conversations--I didn't catch all that was in Spanish--possibly because it was difficult to concentrate. It took 20 minutes to determine replacing our phone was necessary, but we didn't know that their phone inventory was very low. Our rep was pleasant, but the other loud reps and customers made discussions impossible. We returned Monday, at 8:40 PM, to purchase the phone. When the rep understood I intended to purchase, he glanced at his watch. Did he expect we'd take a long time with setup? A second gentleman checked their stock and as he suspected, they had none of the new model phones in stock. No there stores were checked, ordering online appears to be our only option. After returning to our car, the store doors were locked, 8 minutes prior to the 9 pm closing time. This low rating is based on how LOUD communication was on our first visit and the LACK OF STORE INVENTORY. We could have known the current model phone was unavailable if we were able to have the discussion the first time. Voice volume high enough to impede sales is a problem! If you need a specific phone--call first! A trip to this store could be a waste of everyone's time! read more

Well fun stuff to talk about here. I have the joy of telling the internet about the predatory tactics that this t-mobile store used on me. I am still in shock that this happened to be honest, and I guess they are unlucky that I caught it. Boy am I angry. I went in and was greeted by Armin, who was in the process of training a new employee. I waited a bit then it was my turn. I asked for a new note 5 and to be set up on the Jump On Demand plan. They brought out the note 5, then the paper work starts. This is where the problems begin. I am told by Armin that I need to choose a case. I tell him I do not want the case. He responds to this by telling me that samsung now includes the case and a screen protector in all phone purchases through t-mobile. Of course this seems funky to me, but stranger things have happened so I don't think much of it. He then goes and grabs a screen protector. Then he begins working on the paper work again. He then tells me that due to my class 3 credit I do not qualify for the 0 down for the phone and that I will need to pay $53. I am a little shocked by this, but he says it will lower my monthly payments. Ok, that is not a problem then. At the end of the encounter he then proceeds to try to apply the screen protector they chose for me. I say this because I didn't even pull it off the rack. HE THEN RUINS THE SCREEN PROTECTOR!!! Clearly he has had very little successful applications of screen protectors because it was ruined. I am lucky he did not damage the phones screen. About 5 days later I go to look at my t-mobile plan, and in the bottom right I see an eip plan. I don't know what this is because my phone is not eip, but jump on demand. I click on and guess what I see. Ding Ding Ding, the two accessories, that I will be paying $2 dollars for every month. Also next to the accessories I see that the $53 I payed in the store went towards the accessories. Well that put some shine in my day to be sure. Of course t-mobile wasn't able to help me because this store isn't run by t-mobile, but is just affiliated with them. So I am effectively screwed. I called the store to speak with a manager, they heard manager and nothing but ring tone. TL;DR DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND YOU WILL SUFFER BECAUSE OF IT!!! If I could give a ZERO Star rating I would. I'm extremely upset by my experience today (August 4th). Myself and another customer waited for the store to open at 10:00. You could tell the air conditioner had not kicked in yet. It was warm. One employee began to help the other customer and she (the employee) had her mask under her chin because she was hot and proceeded to talk and engage with the customer. The other employee helped me. She had her mask on. Another female employee came from the back with no mask on and proceeded to talk to the employee with the mask under her neck with the customer between them barely 1 foot between the 2 of them. I couldn't restrain myself another second. I said...you really need to have a mask on. And she said I'm leaving but I need to tell her something. I reminded her that the sign on the door said employees and customers are REQUIRED to wear a mask while in the store. She again said she was leaving. I let her know she was talking without a mask a foot away from a customer and she said, well he has on a mark. I later found out she was the Assistant Manager of this store on Apopka Vineland Road. I have not been around my own family without a mask but I'm going to be put at risk at my local Tmobile store. read more

Our family has come to this T-Mobile location for our phones, phone plans and service for over 6 years and the staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. A smaller store so there may be a little wait at times, yet so worth it. I recommend this store and staff. Check them out! read more

This store is terrible. Customer service stinks and the staff does nothing but give you a run around. I am in Virginia and signed up and added my daughter as authorized user so she could go get her phone deal for free I phone 11 and trade her I phone x in. They told her no and offered her 232 dollars for an I phone x. so she said ok and figure sell it on some site and get more. moral of this is she ended up going back 4 days in a row and I had to go to my store in Virginia to fix everything they was messing up. gave her my wife's number and my number ended up disappearing and Virginia had to get my number back get wife and daughters phone numbers right. And an assistant manager said to me on phone when I called yes she does qualify for free trade in and next day she went back and he was off but told me he will make sure it is fixed. next day same thing angel said no and than called Ricky who just the day before said no she don't and I had go back to my store and they called Fla this time and talked to them and got it fixed so back again the next day for my daughter and than I get a call from the store from my daughter and said I have to go to corporate store and they lock all 3 phones up cause of fraud. Thank god she had my friends phone who was with me cause he was whos number is this and I said answer that's the store in Fla. so once again store 8239 in Virginia beach had to fix it again. I sat their for 2 hrs before I got a text from daughter saying all is well but can't call out or receive calls. I Called angel once again and said what is going on down their and said have her turn phone off and back on and if it don't work come back again and I will put new sim card in for free. Really angel you acted like I will and have fixed everything and taking great care of her. IF it took the store in Virginia to call you and explain everything and tell you what ya need to do. To me that is not taking care of her. So in closing I would not use that store and make sure you go to a corporate store not this one. And Ricky as an assistant saying yes to me than next day saying no to her. WOW is all I can say. Please do not try calling my daughter or me at all. Not for any reason. apologies won't even help as much time between my daughter and me going to stores. Maybe that's why you have such poor reviews. Oh and I have sent an e mail to up to t mobile command and I hope the top people see the e mail and take action in some kind of way. My family and I went to this location to start a family plan. We asked the necessary questions and purchased 4 new phones. We returned home to ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE! We went back the following day and were told we could return everything; however, could not get a refund on the $20 activation fees. The restocking fee we knew about, but to not refund the activation fees???...especially when they knew there was no service in our home area. When we returned and explained our reason for wanting to return and cancel the guy's response was 'Oh yeah, there's no service in your area'. Wow, really? Would've have been a good thing to say the night before!!! Not only did we lose out the refund for the activation fees, but also for the credit of an iPhone 5 that was traded in. When I called corporate they said I had to speak to store manager. The store told me to keep calling corporate. I finally spoke with the manager who said he'd call me back. That was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Absolutely the worst experience. Lost about $300 in one day...ridiculous! Stay away! read more
