If I could give zero stars, that is what this T-Mobile location deserves. We were told by their lazy sales person that we could not upgrade our phones. The group of sales people in this store are the least motivated group I have seen. I have 45 years in customer service. I have a sales person all the way up to a district manager. My wife and I then went to the store on Disc Drive in Sparks. This store was soooo much better. They were able to show us what deals were available and advised us we could get a credit if we return our old phones to T-Mobile. Both of us walked out of the store with new phones and T-Mobile WiFi for our home. We received a text telling us to turn in our old phones for credit at any T-Mobile location. Yesterday we took our old phones to the store on Vista Knoll. The sales person, a young, tall white guy with a dark scraggly beard, told us they could not take the phones and issue the credit because they are a 'third party' store and not a 'corporate' store. He advised us to take the phones back to the store we got our new phones from. Today we took the phones back to the store we received our new phones from. The sales person was so professional. She advised us that they too are a 'third party' store and all 'third party' stores are able to take the phones and issue the credit. The salesperson at the store on Vista Knoll blatantly lied to us. The store on Disc Drive is a round trip of 20 miles for us. The store on Vista Knoll is less than two miles from our home. The salesperson made a simple process very inconvenient for us. It is very apparent he needs customer service remedial training. read more

This is by far the worst T-mobile experience I've ever encountered. There was only 1 CSR working and she didn't acknowledge anyone that walked in. She took her time with a group of people starting a new family plan. Everyone knows that takes a long time and she should have given everyone waiting a heads up that no one would be able to assist for a while. The most frustrating part was there were breaks waiting for content to download and transfer that she could have spoken up or helped someone else with a question but never took the opportunity. The music in the building kept skipping and was only making the atmosphere that more frustrating. So glad to be switching from T-mobile to Verizon. It's more affordable, Verizon was right next door and they had way better customer service skills there. read more

I get the phone home and was very happy. Unfortunately the service barely worked while I was at work where I primarily use my phone. This T-Mobile has the best customer service. I went there to upgrade my phone. I got great discount and deals. Austin help me out and he was very patience with me. When he check me out I notice it wasn't the iPhone I wanted. He went through all the process of getting my order but it wasn't what I want. It was a complicated process to start over and having to apply my trade in phone amount to the correct phone I want. Manager mike helped me out as well even though it's pass closing time, they stay behind and are very patience with me having to go through all that process again. I also work as a customer relations representative so I know what it's like to deal with complicated customer. Went in there a month ago to upgrade phones. I'm normally very patient, so the 30m wait wasn't a big deal at all. I waited my turn and when it was, I asked them how much it would be to upgrade from the iPhone 6s to the iPhone XS. They said after I paid off the old phone, and traded it in, that the monthly financing I was paying would increase by $8. I was perfectly okay with that. They also let me know that the plan we were on was outdated (10GB 4G, Unlimited 3G) and there was a new one that was the exact same price that offered unlimited 4G. So obviously since it was the same price, I switched. Except for it wasn't the same price. A month later we get the bill and our plan increased by $55 and my phone is costing double what I was paying before. The clerk that helped us lied directly to our faces about the most important thing when dealing with customers, the price. So now we had to reverse the changes to our plan, and I'm stuck with a bill I had no idea I was gonna have to pay. To top all that off, a separate clerk applied the screen protector to my screen, and caught dust under it. When I asked about it, he said that "after it settles" the dust will go away. WRONG. I don't know about the other T-Mobile sites, but this one seemed poorly managed and my family and I were lied to about the cost of everything. Not Cool. read more

Worst retail experience in my 60+ years of life. Went to this T-Mobile store to inquire about a little help sending in my old phones. Spoke to a helpful worker about what I needed for a few minutes when in walks a young guys that proceeds to rip me a new one about a drink cup I left outside the store. I explained that I intended to take it when I left the store but that wasn't good enough and he rudely stood his ground and then walks into the back room. I planned to throw my cup in the garbage before entering the store but no garbage containers in sight. I asked the gal helping me if that was the manager and she said yes. I asked her to go back and bring him back out. She returned and said it would be a few minutes so after about 5 minutes I concluded that the coward wasn't coming out. I got the number for the DM to make a complaint. Left a message with the DM for a return call and he called back after a while. Explained to Victor about the incident and he made excuses and seemed unconcerned. There are other choices out there that understand the importance of customers to a business. I told the gal helping me that I was always treated with respect at Verizon. I regret leaving Verizon and changing to T-Mobile. Don't make the same mistakes I made by changing to T-Mobile and going to the store on Vista Knoll. read more

I've been with a T-mobile for over 6 years through my parents and then I moved on to my own plan. I've never had a bad experience until this week. I came in because of a promotion they had running on the app hoping to use it. We had no problem with my husband's phone and then since they don't carry the specific color In the phone i was looking for they ordered it for me. This is where things take a turn. The guy who was helping us begins the process of ordering the phone, asks for my card, email, address, etc. NOT ONCE did he verify all of the information with me. So a few days go by as i'm waiting for my phone and I notice that my name is spelled wrong, my email address is incorrect, and the address is wrong! Also, he forgot to activate my husband's sim card and we had to come all the way back there. I called the store to tell them all the info was wrong and they go "sorry nothing we can do". Luckily i have UPS my choice so it was sent to me. Today, i open up my package expecting my phone and it is the WRONG one! I called the store to tell them and they said "sorry, call customer service we can't help you". This has been the most frustrating experience i've ever had with Tmobile. How does someone not verify an order?!?! Anyways, the kid seemed nice enough, but needs more training since he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I will drive across town to one where I know the employees are reliable and knowledgeable. Very very unhappy customer. read more

This was an overall good experience. I have to admit it was a busy Thursday night about 6pm so it was a bit of a wait but the lady who helped us(Natia) happened to be store manager and she was nothing but patient and kind with all the problematic phone situations and customers. She was multi tasking making sure the process was going to go by as fast as possible. She continually apologized for the wait and just to bare with her.
