No SENIOR DISCOUNTS. Then we had to call another Cricket office if we wanted to cancel the phone. You can NOT cancel your phone at the store in person. Then I had to have the store manager to call them because *611 was not working. I could not get the credit back for the $21.67 that I charged 20 minutes ago. Obviously we were on hold for 8 minutes and the managers phone died. Started all over. Can't use my phone because it is connected to my Cricket account. On hold after I was told I would not get my $21.67 account. Cricket Corporate give your stores access to cancel and give credits!! Pretty pathetic customer service. They Cannot look up accounts unless you have the phone number or PIN #. Don't lose these items. I am probably going to cancel my account after this fiasco!

Customers Beware... Mark is competent regarding AV setup, however we will never hire him again --…read moretoo much dishonesty and hassle. Below was our experience: * Double Charge. Mark knowingly charged our credit card twice for the same work. Hoping it was a mistake, we called him 3x and also emailed him 4x to ask him to reverse it, but he never responded. He was hoping that we would not catch him, but we did. He forced us to take the time to dispute with our credit card company. * Over Charge. Another very concerning trait is that Mark will charge an additional $50 for items you can buy directly from Sonos, Best Buy, or even Target. When I asked him about this, he said that he had the newest model and the other models in the market were older. Since it was a Sonos system, we called Sonos to ask them about this. Mark misled us. Sonos and Best Buy have the same model, Mark was trying to take more money from us. * High Charges. While vendors can charge what they want, I was surprised at the very high fees that Mark charged for his work. He charged us $750 to install 4 Sonos Amps. It took him 2 hours, so that works out to $375 per hour -- OUCH! We later learned that Best Buy would have installed all 4 Amps for $200. Look, we knew it upfront, so our bad for not being smarter. * Security Concern. When Mark was here, he wanted all the passwords to our Network and Online Accounts. You should NEVER give anyone the password to your Network -- they can potentially get access to everything you have online. I refused even though Mark berated me. If you decide to work with Mark, at least take the precaution to not share any passwords, check your credit card statements for multiple charges, and absolutely agree on what will be done for what price before he arrives.

Accellance had supplied us with a bed, lift and wheelchair. We had them pick up the wheelchair and…read morelift after 2 weeks. This was back in November. They continued to bill us for these items till March when they picked up the bed. I was trying to clear this bill, but was wondering why no adjustment. I was told to email the supervisor after talking to two representatives. One was super helpful, the other was not so helpful and basically told me that his coworker made a mistake and was wrong. Paid the bill and never heard from the supervisor. It wasn't worth the battle. When they picked up the equipment, the hospice worker signed the paperwork which included all three items. Not sure where the returned items were, but wasn't worth the argument and being talked down too.
