Their hardware supply is frankly awful, they have modems using a…read moreknown faulty chipset from Intel called Puma, which have been shown to cause latency and connection issues. Highly recommend supplying your own modem and looking up online for which ones have the Puma 6 and 7 chipset in order to avoid them. Also, the staff at the office don't even seem to know a thing about their hardware, including the names. I asked about the model and the guy just said 'we only have what they sent' and had to check himself before confirming it was one of the devices listed with the faulty chips. So I left and just hooked up my own, which is entirely doable and works just fine. This is the only ISP in my area unfortunately, and their speeds suck, but it's better than nothing.

They sent the wrong phone. So I returned it to them. I traded in my phone S23 for a new S25 same day. However being the camera was not working I did not get the 800.00 trade in. Had they sent me the right replacement and I traded that in, I would have got the full 800.00. This slight of hand allowed them to get a higher commission off my sale. Why I do get 400.00 for the trade, I lost 400.00 because of the mishandling of my trade in. Carelessness cost me 400.00 Had they just sent right phone, I never would have bought the newer S25. I do blame the store 1/2 because they knew the phone was wrong, ( it was a S23 just wrong carrier how that happened? no idea) And yet did not apply the full amount of my trade in. So why pay insurance if it didn't cover the trade in?

They were supposed to send us E-Mastercards to use to pay off our old carrier in 8-12 weeks. (12 weeks being on the very very longest end of the timeframe) We are now in September and still have not gotten them. I have been on the phone with Customer service for over 7 hours and have literally gotten nowhere! The guys in the store are cool and all but I feel like I have traded shitty cell service for shittier customer service! If I could go back in time I would not have switched. Everyone plays the blame game and points you to someone else and does not resolve a single issue!

Much better than my present cell phone company just down the street. He asked me if I was military or a veteran and he told me there was a discount if I was. So I showed him my VA veteran's card. I didn't know any of the cell companies even offered veteran discounts. Maybe the other ones do too but none of them asked me if I was so I have my doubts. At any rate, I got offered a better deal than anywhere else and I got better service than anywhere else. Tomorrow I'm getting a new phone and Im excited because it been quite a few years since I upgraded.
