I don't have an issue with taking on projects like this, but with everything else going on, I decided to look for someone to repair it for me. I didn't know that anyone actually repaired modern flat-screens, so I was pleasantly surprised to find Get The Picture. I made contact with Tony on a Wednesday, and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. Tony arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and and friendly, and took time to explain the TV's technology to me. He was very careful and conscientious while disassembling the TV, and was methodical about troubleshooting the problem. He identified the malfunctioning part and said he would get price and availability the following Monday. On Tuesday he called with a price for the repair (which was very fair) and I approved the estimate. A week later, he contacted me to see if he could install the new part that afternoon. He arrived ahead of schedule, and within 20 minutes had the TV functioning like new. I'm very happy that the old Samsung is working again, thanks to Tony. Tony provides a service that is probably pretty hard to find in this area. Highly recommend.

Dave also replaced all cables, as well as taking a fair amount of time making sure she understood exactly how to operate the system. He was kind, patient, accommodating, and respectful, in addition to exceptionally knowledgeable and and efficient. T-Mobile has merged with Sprint so they covered, according to their sign, 99% of Americans. That sounded pretty good plus they were moving to 5G. We've been with T-Mobile for a couple years again and are pretty happy with the service. We are in Oregon again and they cover most of Douglas County. We even have 5GUC so it's working well. Despite having a really bad problem in Florida but it has been resolved. The service in Oregon has been good-once they got the towers fixed for 5G. I do recommend T-Mobile and will be with them for a while.

After about six months the front yard started dying. I paid them to put in a back patio, which they did, howeve, I also paid them to seal and gloss coat it, which they never did. I also paid them to install a pad for an outside shed. Which that never did. Now. Two actuators on the sprinklers they installed are faulty. This has cost me greatly. Bottom line. Their install is good. However, don't expect them to honor their work. Dozens and dozens of calls were made in an attempt to have them fully complete the job. Which they have not done. My sprinkler system has gross leaks, and they can not be bothered to fix the bad system components of which they installed under warranty, which is now over due e stall tactic. All said and done, if you want something done right with peace of mind that your purchase will be covered if something goes wrong. Do not hire these guys...period.. As soon as you pay. That go away. So far after almost two years. Patio not sealed (paid for), shed pad not installed (paid for), multiple sprinkler actuators faulty (3 should be under warranty, paid for), now a leaking irrigation that they won't look at.

Even though the entire process took over 3 hours and even into the following day, Tim continued to deal with T-Mobile on the back end while making sure that I left the store that day with a functioning phone and he shouldered the entire transaction for me which I appreciated. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just couldn't due to the lengthy hassle caused entirely by T-Mobile themselves. I'm grateful for Tim's take-charge attitude and professionalism he maintained while dealing with difficult reps on T-Mobile's end. I went in to have an upgraded stereo system installed, with the agreement that it would be a one-day job. One day turned into three, which, while frustrating, I was willing to overlook given the complexities of modern audio systems. However, the real issues began once I actually got my vehicle back. Initially, the system sounded decent, but within 20 minutes, problems started. The speakers cut in and out, and then the entire system shut down. After stopping for fuel, the system restarted but shut down again a few blocks later. I returned to the shop immediately, leaving the car running to show the technician the problem. His response? "It was working when you left, so I know I did everything right." He then told me he didn't have time to look at it further that day and promised to follow up on Monday--which, of course, never happened. Fed up, I took my vehicle to another shop, only to learn the entire system needed rewiring. Holes had been drilled in my doors because he couldn't be bothered to fit the wires through the factory boots, wires were unsecured, and key equipment was missing that would have allowed the system to function correctly. Buyer beware: if you have a newer vehicle, I'd suggest avoiding this shop entirely. In my opinion, this job was way beyond their capability, but they took it on anyway, leading to costly and frustrating consequences for me. I don't usually leave reviews, but the poor quality of work and abysmal customer service here deserve a warning to others. Believe the negative reviews--I didn't, and now I'm paying the price.
