Are you confused about all your options when you walk into a cell phone carrier store? Shopping for a mobile phone and a service provider can be overwhelming. We were on Sprint and just made the migration to T-Mobile. That was a smart move for a smartphone. There were huge incentives for Sprint users making the move to T-Mobile. We were able to compare several cell phones and cell phone plans to find the right fit for us. The best part was the T-Mobile associate that worked with us, Chris. We found him to be super knowledgeable and helpful. The migration was smooth as silk... No issues. As a reality check, changing carriers and upgrading to a new device is somewhat cumbersome and tedious. The process takes almost a full hour. When you arrive at the store you'll probably need to put your name on a waitlist. You can leave and go have a cup of coffee, they'll text you when it's your turn to be served. Be patient, they'll do a terrific job moving your information to your new phone. As a point of reference, I picked up the new iPhone 13 with the T-Mobile Magenta plan. If you're over 55 years of age there are some super aggressive pricing discounts available. We had a very disappointing experience at this store. The associate who helped us was rude and unwilling to resolve our issue.

Arrived here to get my screen protector replaced since I have the subscription/membership for it. Showed up to T-mobile at 10:05am place opens at 10am. No one came up to let us in till 10:10am. Kid just pushes the door open I say thank you and he walks away with no response. I asked for the new screen protector and he asks what phone I have. My fiancé tells him it's the 17 but the employee has me open my settings to check. You'd think he'd know what phone I have considering he works at a cellphone retailer. He then keeps mumbling asking if I have a membership. I tell him I do and he just stares at me like I have four heads. Decided to just leave because I just knew they wouldn't put my screen protector on properly. Usually isn't this difficult to get a screen protector but the kid has terrible manners and made us feel like we were being a huge annoyance for him just to put a screen on my phone. I don't recommend this factory authorized "T-Mobile Store". you are not buying from T-Mobile, you are buying from a business contracted to offer their products. If you have a problem this type of store tells you they are not T-Mobile. They also often don't honor T-Mobile promotions such as the giveaways. Also worth nothing T-Mobile service is pretty awful in South Sarasota with lots of dead zones. I may switch to AT&T. read more

I went to T-Mobile to purchase a new phone. The sales person suggested I buy a refurbished phone from him to save money. I believed the Sales person was legit, as the store manager approved of his dealings. A week later the phone would not charge. Apple inspected the phone and found it had been exposed to water and the screen was poorly replaced. I contacted both T-Mobile store and Corporate. At this time neither have addressed the issue. Said the guy who quoted me is not from this store and my new quote was exponentially more! Not even sure this location is a true T-mobile office. More like a "Breaking Bad" cover business! If you need help from T-Mobile, choose another store. I went to this store today and they only had somebody working on the sidewalk . Nobody worked in the store. I don't like doing my business on the sidewalk, I like to go in a store, look at the phones and talk inside. I had been here before and two young men were very helpful inside. I was a Verizon customer for 10 years and their service and support we fine. T mobile is even better. Nekari was professional and address all of our issues and personally set up our phones. He was far and away more customer oriented and knowledgeable than anyone at Verizon. The offer they gave us blew away Verizon and we did not have to sign up for 3 more years. Included a new iPhone, Netflix and Apple TV. Can't ask for more. Now we are on a month to month contract. Best plan around and my reception in Venice is also better I was always impressed by Verizon's customer support when you called 611, but honestly T Mobile was even better Very impressive!!!!! read more

I must say that the employees i delt with in this store where fantastic. They showed me multiple was i could save and some great options. I have been a verizon customer for over 25 years. In just one visit I got a plan that was cheaper then the one I had. Got new phones, add Lines and saved money in the end. Great staff and very friendly. read more

Literally the worst tmobile store ever. All of my issues since I moved here stemmed from the employees here. As a previous T-mobile employee myself, this is extremely embarrassing. Super unprofessional, convinced not one of them went through a full training. Phone is always busy? It's 2022. How don't you have multiple lines? Make sure if you upgrade and have insurance that it carries over or they re-apply it because if not, you're in trouble. read more
