Eventually we ended up talking to a phone manager and learned that we had to go back into the store and this was impossible to do on the phone. We returned to the store, where the store manager and AT&T supervisor (on the phone) argued with one another about who was able to complete this basic operation. In total it took over three hours to complete a simple change from a pre to post plan. Along the way we were lied to in various ways. We were even told it would take over two months. This was truly a circus. At one star this branch is overrated. Do not expect to be treated with the same respect or priority that you experienced when you signed up.

You are forced to fight your way through a totally unintelligent AI that cannot understand simple requests and keeps looping you back to nowhere. If you're lucky enough to reach the phone system, you're rewarded with horrible sound quality they probably call music, constantly interrupted by lame advertising. It's exhausting. You lose patience, time, and goodwill long before you ever reach a human being. Geek Squad was once a reason to trust Best Buy. Today, even scheduling help feels like an endurance test.
