We…read morestopped in and did all of this on a Tuesday, and everything went smoothly except something with my phone didn't transfer correctly because I lost my iMessage and FaceTime on my phone. After about 4 days of visiting Verizon and calling apple support without any resolution, we stopped into this Verizon one last time hoping to get it resolved. Alberto helped us out, and was able to fix the issue within about 30 mins by deleting my sim and then putting it back on my phone. Super grateful for him taking the time to really figure out what the issue was and not brushing it off as something they couldn't fix.

I installed by myself a new battery. After that, the touchscreen did not work. I took my device to Go Go Gadgets Repair. I brought my device in its original iPhone box with 4 screws attached to a little magnet inside a small plastic bag.The iPhone was open since I was working on it and had replaced the battery. The tech took the device and indicated that during my battery installation I could of have done some damage to the screen assembly wiring so the screen will need to be replaced. Also, the mother board will be checked as well. A day later another tech who replaced the screen indicated that the screen replacement did not resolve the screen issue and that the motherboard needed repair. It took over a week and several calls from for an update. One tech promised to call back but did not call. I know everyone's name but purposely I have desired not to mention their names because my issue is not with them. It is about the integrity of a company that provides services to the public. This is my main issue. Lack of transparency. When finally, I received a call that my device was ready, I went to pick it up. The device was given to me without the iPhone box. I asked why. The box was left at another location and was told that it will be brought to the Trinity location the next day. I drove by the next day, not only to pick up the box but to tell the tech that now the front camera is not working and that the back camera works sporadically. Still the iPhone box was not there and when asked the tech said he forgot to bring it. The tech looked at my phone and fixed the back camera indicating that there was a loose wire but that the front camera needed to be replaced. He wanted me to leave the phone there because there was not a camera available at the time. The tech already had access to my password to unlock the screen. I left the phone to be repaired, but a few minutes later when I entered my car, my instincts told me not to trust a stranger with my sensitive information I have on my iPhone. So I went back and took my phone and told the tech to call me when the camera is available. Why am I saying this, because unless the repair is done right at the moment and it does not take more than 10-20 minutes, leaving your device with an unlocked screen or giving your password to the tech is asking for trouble. That is how identify theft occurs specially if you keep sensitive data in your phone. The front camera repair was done. Went to get my phone, however, my iPhone original box was not there. Again, someone forgot to bring it. Now ,I already have made several trips for nothing, wasting my time. Finally I got my iPhone ordinal box. A week later my phone battery dropped charge unexpectedly while charging and the phone got very hot. The device started to turn off and on intermittently. I decided to open it up. The front screws were not there, the plate that secure the battery was not there. It appears that the assembly holding the battery was loose. I secured the battery and that took care of the problem. There is my issue. Lack of transparency. Was the front camera really broken? Was the motherboard really in need of repair? Was the battery assembly left loose to make me go back for additional repairs? Was the front camera repair delayed in order for the tech to have more time with my phone having access to my password and peruse my sensitive data on my device? Who knows. What I know is that an honest and conscientious business doesn't give the run around by making a customer proclaimed a simple $8.00 iPhone box that belongs to the customer. If you as a business person do that, then you are capable of doing other wrongful acts. I won't recommend your business to anyone and you have lost a customer in me.
