The sales person said come back after I receive the phone and they will set it up for me. I went back tonight and the girl there said she had to close the sales floor and get on a call???? Told me I should do it myself at home she had to close the sales floor??? I have never had such poor customer service at this location. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

We were advised to get a phone with a temporary number for my mom, and then once her Verizon issue was resolved, we could port her old number and replace the temporary one. Twenty-five days later, we returned to have her number ported and the temporary line removed -- only to learn that's not actually possible. Now her phone has two numbers assigned to it, and I'm being told I have to pay off the temporary line (over $600) plus a termination fee to shut it off the temporary number. To make matters worse, they talked a relative into buying a watch that was supposed to cost $10 per month, but it's actually $26. The store no longer answers their phone, and I'm left with a huge mess to clean up. I can't stress this enough -- do not go to this store. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The day we went in (Sept. 3) I believe it was the female manager that helped us (she had her leg in a brace/cast). This woman FUDGED up everything and didn't take the time to listen to us at all. By the time we left, we had 3 phones and 2 watches being mailed to us and had brought over 3 lines. Fast forward 3 days when we realized that she got the phones attached to the wrong lines which required us to go into another store (8261 Little Rd.) where they helped us for 5 HOURS! The wrong phones had been attached to the wrong lines, keeping one phone from being set up at all and requiring the 2nd phone to be disconnected completely and then reassigned (all while my bf was on a job site - now with no phone). It took 5 Hours of support from the store staff and phone support to get everything straightened out. While we were there, we found out that the original sales associate had also given each line a different plan, most of which we did not need! Then we got our watches so late, that by the time they arrived and we tried them out it was too late to trade one in that my boyfriend felt was too small. I then got our first bill for $720!!!! I was expecting it to be large, but this is just ridiculous. I would not recommend this store EVER to anyone; though at this point, I'm not sure I'd recommend ATT either. The price for that first bill is just way out of the realm of reality. I'm getting a "teacher discount" but somehow, they believe this bill is appropriate for anyone's bill, let alone a teacher's salary!

If i could give this review a negative number, i would.  This evening, I received a few emails from…read moreAT&T with regards to an order I placed.  I don't use AT&T, so it seemed odd.  I reviewed the emails, and then I called the number to AT&T from the internet, not the email.  I spoke to many people several times and were not helpful. I reported this to the fraud department, which again didn't appear to really care.  I had the order number and even the address it was being mailed to.  I wanted them to stop the shipment.  No one wanted to help.  I called a few times after getting the confirmation email from the fraud department. No one wanted to help. I was told by the person on the phone that I could try to go to the store.  I arrived at the store around 635pm, and there was one person in the store that appeared to be an employee sitting at a table on her phone. After about 30 seconds, she asked me if she could help. Her name is Laxx.  While still on her personal cell phone, which was on speaker phone.  I explained to her that i needed to cancel an order.  She asked me for the phone number on the account. I explained to her that I didn't have it, but I did have the order number, and could we please cancel the order.  I did tell her I didn't place the order. We also told her that we already called customer service and the fraud department.    She didn't want to hear anything I had to say.  She was rude and started making rude comments.  I asked to speak with her manager, and she yelled at me, so I yelled back. She stated she was on the phone with him as we were speaking. She told him that we advised her that we didn't want to contact customer service to get this handled.  I spoke over her and said that was not true. My husband said the same thing so that the manager, on the other end, could hear that she was lying. During this heated argument with this employee, she proceeded to call all of us names, cuss at us, and threaten me that she will cut me into pieces.  During this whole time of her yelling at us and cussing along with calling us names, her manager was on the phone, which his name was Winston.  Every time I tried to speak with Winston on speaker phone, she would make rude comments while I was talking, and he was on the phone.  She also cussed at me, and Winston tried to tell her to stop by making a shhhh noise, but she wouldn't stop .  I asked to have her transfer him to my cell phone, which she refused. She continued to make rude comments and cuss as well as a racial slur.  This was all caught on the camera in the store. She made me so mad that i started yelling at her, too.  I even started in the heated argument with her because she threatened me. When trying to speak with Winston and telling him she should be fired, he made a comment that he would be doing some restructure of the employee. I'm not sure if this was exact words, but it was close. i contacted the police department as she continued to cuss and threaten me and my family, which was with me.  When they arrived, she was on the phone with someone else. I don't think it was Winston. She made the comment that i probably did this fraud and tried to get money.  This is slander seeing how she said this on camera that the store has access to.    At this time, the store was just about to close. I spoke with them, and they asked us to wait outside. We did so.  They spoke to her and then came outside. They took our information and heard our side of the story and then stated she wanted us trespassed. We didn't argue with the police. They did advise that AT&T could drop the trespass at any time.  So now here we are trespassed from your property because your employee could not conduct herself properly to begin with.  I have a police report number for this incident, and I am writing this review.  I have called corporate and had all of this data placed in the file.  There is no saving this situation.   l will be filing a slander suit as well as a restraining order against her for treating to cut me.  I really, at this point, don't think Winston will be handling this or taking it seriously due to him never arriving at the store through this whole situation.

They answered all of our questions and we completed the upgrade to an Iphone 12 Pro. While normally I prefer to shop online, it was refreshing to go into the store, work with competent staff, and walk out with our new phone set up and working!

Eventually, I said never mind I got so frustrated that I just ended services completely and went to T-Mobile instead the same day I ended services with this location that I gave my personal information and Social Security, to multiple times over the span of three days. A fraudulent account was opened in my name by these guys. I returned the Apple Watch the next day however they kept the number/account open and proceeded to continue to make multiple charges and Bill month after month. I submitted a police report on these guys. AT&T seems to have no issue with their employees doing this on a regular basis. 3. During one of the three days I spent there a woman came in extremely upset, stating that they never returned her phone and opened an account in her name, and she has been getting billed. My family and I looked at her like she was crazy. However, now I understand and this seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I'm not saying AT&T is the worst service however, they are still billing me even knowing I have sent in a police report and that there was a fraudulent account opened in my name. But What I am saying is that these guys are criminals at the store.

This store needs to be closed down…read more I went there and they tried to tell me at first they can't help me because I have metro with T-Mobile not T-Mobile. (I had T-Mobile NOT metro by T-Mobile) After that was settled I was trying to get my dad a pixel 10a since he was due for an upgrade. They told me It would be 75$ today and 36$ a month which is way different than ordering it online. Online the same exact phone is only 20$ a month with the same 75$ due today. They told me that the promotion I was looking at was expired but I put the phone in my cart while I was standing there. It doesn't expire in 1 minute lol. Needless to say I walked out and ordered the phone online and it cost me 75$ down payment and my bill only went up 20$ per month. I have no idea what they have going on up there but they will double the price of your phone if you don't know your stuff. Everyone who goes here be very very careful.
