We were also told we could trade in our iPhones for an upgrade and AT&T would pay-off the remaining balance. And finally, we were told as an added bonus, we would receive 2 $100 Reward Cards plus a free Roku Speaker. All-in-all this would save us over $250 a month plus a new phone and some perks - so we decided to switch. It has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!! Four months later and we are being overcharged monthly for our internet and monthly phone bills and I have still not been reimbursed for my phone!! So, after four months of AT&T service we have paid over $400 than what we were promised, have only received 1 Gift Card and I had to payback Verizon $588 for my phone and AT&T has yet to reimburse me! IN TOTAL I AM OUT $1,088!!! - JUST FOR SIGNING UP FOR AT&T. I have made countless phone calls to AT&T and visited the store several times to get this straightened out. Each time I am told a different reason - one was the specific sales person did not process the account correctly, the.other was the discounts take a few months to kick-in, another was because they incorrectly categorized our account as a business account. It goes on and on. We are now going into June and this has yet to be resolved!!!! The amount of time and energy it has taken ME AS A CUSTOMER to try and get this resolved is absolutely inexcusable! My advice is simple - DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR AT&T unless you want to spend hours and hours on the phone or at the store trying to get what was promised you. This feels like a scam - probably because it is.

But after years of steadily declining service, I finally decided enough was enough. I'd heard great things about T-Mobile's coverage from friends and family, so I decided to give it a shot. That's when I met Destiny Burns at the T-Mobile store--and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through everything I needed to know. We did run into some hiccups while trying to port over my number--thanks to some frustrating issues on Verizon's end--but Destiny went above and beyond to get it resolved. She spent over two hours with me, even calling Verizon herself and figuring out that one of their reps hadn't completed the process like they said they did. If not for Destiny's persistence and professionalism, I might have walked out still stuck in the Verizon mess. Now that everything's up and running, I couldn't be happier. The coverage is phenomenal--I actually have service at my house now, which I never had with Verizon! Huge shoutout to Destiny and the T-Mobile team. If you're thinking about switching, do it--you won't regret it.

I had to bring in both my phone and computer for them to check for viruses and see if anyone still has access to it. I went to pick it up when it was done, and Brian said His screwdriver slipped when doing the repair resulting in 3 giant lines going down the left side of the screen and a black bubble in the corner. He said I would have to pay half of the service and take the phone and he would have a new screen overnighted. This was a Friday and the new screen didn't get put on until the following Monday, so I paid the rest of the service on monday. After getting the new screen on Monday within A week of having the screen I picked up my phone to see 2 lines back on the left side of the screen in the same spot as before. I called him to explain what was going on and was aware of their LIFETIME warranty. He told me I must have done something to it and there's nothing he can do but would call me back. Never heard from him again. Went in a week later after waiting to hear back. Told me it wasn't that big of a deal and I can't prove it was his fault that the screen is clearly defective. Safe to say they do NOT honor their "Lifetime Warranty" and do not value their customers time or money. Would NOT recommend.
