Best customer service I've received at a Verizon store. Been coming here since I had a blackberry.

They changed her plan to the most expensive one they offer, filled with features of which she will never use. Tacked on a bunch of add-ons like AT&T Next, which she has no use for since she is paying for the phone in full, and AT&T Turbo, which she also has zero need for. They also up-sold her the most expensive iphone and promised her a "$350 Reimbursement" for the phone she traded-in that I have yet to see. Absolutely egregious business practices, I cannot express enough how sickening it is for this establishment to take advantage of elderly women. I strongly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

I recently traded in my iPhone 13 for a $700 off promotion on the iPhone 16. When I asked Jon to show me the trade-in deal information on AT&T's website (due to a past issue where I didn't receive my full credit for 3 phones), he refused to help and was very dismissive. He even threw my phone on the table when I asked him to find the information on the AT&T website. Jon told me it wasn't his job to assist with this and claimed that previous bad experiences were due to other employees not representing AT&T. Fortunately, another employee, Aayan, quickly found the information I needed in under a minute and was polite and professional. Jon's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe Aayan should be the manager instead.

But if you're an AT&T customer, this location will make the event more palatable. I had to upgrade my iPhone (thanks, Steve!) and carved out an hour from my busy schedule. The wait wasn't too long, about 15 minutes, which was only because the staff members are very patient and helpful. There was a procession of older folks that just needed help with some phone function, and I was happy to let them quickly resolve their issues. The nature of a phone upgrade means long periods of waiting for something to process, upload, download, or backup. This left time for some idle chitchat with the staff member, and we bantered about the Tigers losing streak (thanks, AJ!). The timer on my watch read 43 minutes as we were wrapping up. Add on the 15 minute wait up front, and the entire process clicked in at 58 minutes. Not bad for shifting my entire digital life between iPhones. And doing it at this AT&T location made the experience more pleasant than I expected.

I didn't deal with this particular AT&T. Just trying to let people know, to keep their tracking…read moreinformation on cell phones they return to AT&T for MANY months after sending it back. 3 months later, I get a bill for $755.55 for a non return fee from AT&T when I sent the phone back, November 5, 2024, the same exact day I received my new phone. They recieved it November 8, 2025. I had to pay like $500 to upgrade early and the payments I had already and made on it. I'm just so thankful that I had kept my return receipt for as long as I have or AT&T would've just stolen almost $800 from me! If I didn't pay it I would've had to go to Verizon to get and start new service. I just wonder how many other people that are out there who threw their return info away thinking all was okay and then just received a HUGE bill and couldn't prove they sent it back when in fact they did. This should be illegal, I shouldn't even be dealing with this, since the phone is sitting in one of their warehouses as I speak. It's ridiculous how the big name companies have to rip innocent people off to line their own pockets. It's sickening to me and I'm a very angry consumer. BAD BUSINESS AT&T, BAD BUSINESS! I think after they fix this, I still might go to Verizon and check out phones n prices. I might be switching phone companies now, I just can not trust AT&T anymore. They are too irresponsible for me!

We were also told we could trade in our iPhones for an upgrade and AT&T would pay-off the remaining balance. And finally, we were told as an added bonus, we would receive 2 $100 Reward Cards plus a free Roku Speaker. All-in-all this would save us over $250 a month plus a new phone and some perks - so we decided to switch. It has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!! Four months later and we are being overcharged monthly for our internet and monthly phone bills and I have still not been reimbursed for my phone!! So, after four months of AT&T service we have paid over $400 than what we were promised, have only received 1 Gift Card and I had to payback Verizon $588 for my phone and AT&T has yet to reimburse me! IN TOTAL I AM OUT $1,088!!! - JUST FOR SIGNING UP FOR AT&T. I have made countless phone calls to AT&T and visited the store several times to get this straightened out. Each time I am told a different reason - one was the specific sales person did not process the account correctly, the.other was the discounts take a few months to kick-in, another was because they incorrectly categorized our account as a business account. It goes on and on. We are now going into June and this has yet to be resolved!!!! The amount of time and energy it has taken ME AS A CUSTOMER to try and get this resolved is absolutely inexcusable! My advice is simple - DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR AT&T unless you want to spend hours and hours on the phone or at the store trying to get what was promised you. This feels like a scam - probably because it is.
