The problems with T-Mobile service are far too many to report here. But to start with, they sent me a used iPhone 13 that has so many problems, I can't begin to mention them. It's a total piece of SHIT! Sorry for my language. The service can only cover maybe three devices at a time. I have to. Many times unplugged, disservice and restart. Came in because my watch battery isn't holding a charge, dies after 6 hours. Staff is very unprofessional. Constant side chatter, after waiting 45 min still no employee welcomed me or let me know they would be with me soon. Both male employees appeared disheveled, doesn't look like they even brushed their hair. I stopped by during my lunch break, and am pressed for time. Was very frustrating to wait for them while they moved at a snail's pace, constant side chatter. No seats inside, just poor service, unprofessional, and no consideration for customers. Finally walked out after 45 min and called T-Mobile for assistance. read more

My Samsung Note8 slowly started failing 2 weeks ago. Network on the device wasn't connecting, despite my best efforts to manually "force" it to work. At the store I was helped by Garrit, a young gentleman who truly took it upon himself to help me despite a confusing problem. He tried several different angles with no luck. I began to get frustrated and told him to "just let me buy a new phone." He was persistent and assured me he could get it to work. It took 90 minutes and his dedication to fix my issue. (For Free).
