I never write reviews but this was the worst customer service experience ever! An employee named Falco was unbelievably rude and unwilling to help. He insisted he couldn't do anything and was totally uneducated about the issue. TMobile in general has terrible customer experience but this was exceptionally unacceptable. He also told us there was no manager and wouldn't give us the manager's name or number. We later went to a different TMobile store and an employee the helped us politely and easily understood what the problem was with my account. read more

Although all T-Mobile stores share characteristics (well lit, bright magenta walls, white countertops and black framing and decor accents that complement the T-Mobile logo), this store features a large, roomy footprint, few customers (at least on my Tuesday night before Thanksgiving visit) and a friendly staff eager to serve anyone who happened to wander by. Next time you're at Sehome Village -- sipping coffee at Starbucks, shopping at Haggens or checking out the Dollar Store -- swing by the T-Mobile store. I have to call it like I see it, and this was the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone. Clean store and super helpful staff that multitask activities and the constant flow of clients with ease. I was there over two hours and it felt like 20 minutes. We ended up having an issue with something but it was handled with professionalism and care. You won't find better customer service in sales. Thanks for everything Tim and Justin!! read more

We decided to drop AT&T and switch to T-Mobile. So we stopped into this branch and had a wonderful experience. The gentleman helping us, Cal, was polite, friendly, professional and patient. We were impressed with the entire staff and highly recommend this store and switching to T-Mobile. read more

I can't say enough good things about T-Mobile Customer Care - I've recently switched from ATT and have found their support folks to be knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful. But the reason I can speak to T-Mobile's excellent service is because I've had nine (9) calls with them in the last two (2) weeks due to the errors and misrepresentations of the team at the 36th Street, Bellingham T -Mobile store; it's been a nightmare. I was given inaccurate information on several promotion programs - maybe they don't understand or haven't been trained correctly? - and outright lied to when they said I had to sign up for their Protection 360 plan "in case I wasn't used to holding a larger phone and dropped it by accident." They said I could cancel after the first month. I think T-Mobile has some great programs but if you'd like to sign up for service and avoid multiple phone calls and frustrating conversations then I'd suggest you pick any store other than the Sehome T-Mobile location. read more

I wanted to give Tim and Alexandria a large thank you for assisting me in purchasing a new phone. I have a Sprint "grandfathered" account which limits my selection of phones. I had to purchase an unlocked phone from Best Buy and return to the T Mobile store to insert the Sim card and transfer the data from my old phone to the new phone. Tim handled this perfectly. It is frustrating as a Sprint customer which had no chose in the purchase of Sprint by T-Mobile, to be locked out of certain phone purchases because of not wanting to enter a contract with T-Mobile. After an employer incorrectly told me I was paying off a 12 pro not a pro max (I reiterated multiple times the 13 was a pro max the 12 just a pro) she collected my payments to pay off the devices and then I saw it said 12 pro max again... paid an extra 500$ when I paid off my sisters phone due to their error. Manager refused to void a transaction because she is a lazy POS who pretended to go into the back to ask her district manager if it was possible (took her less than a minute) to only pass the buck onto customer service. Rep over the phone said she could have done so and apologized. read more

Cal Turner at the South Bellingham Wa location was super awesome and was able to fix an issue I had unknowingly created for myself. He was so kind and calm when I was super overwhelmed and emotional. I observed that if counter persons were busy with other customers, everyone was handled politely and efficiently. I want to upgrade my phone and had a million questions about makes and models. A young man named Tim assisted me with the utmost patience. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me many options. The store has a great display and is super organized and easy to shop. This is a great location and much better than using a kiosk at the mall. Tim did a great job at explaining many makes and models and plans and special offers. Very impressive. I shall be returning soon! read more

I came to this location in June 19 to buy a new phone. Service was perfectly fine and friendly except for when the guy took it out of the box he removed the sticky/static(?) plastic that wraps the phone front&back. I'd just like to say I really would have gotten a lot of satisfaction doing that myself as I'm sure a lot of other people would seeing it was a rather popular and expedi phone. So maybe don't do that. I'm not trying to be mean just really hurt my feelings and I still think about it 8 months later so read more
