I was lucky to desperately need help when Scott was available to perform some excellent, long-distance fix-it and problem-diagnosis for my older iMac desktop. I'm up and running tonight, and I have a clearer understanding of why everything disintegrated last night. I couldn't be happier with his patience and understanding; I get panicked when computer stuff starts to go haywire. He was able to talk me down and helped me know that it was all going to come out right. Knock on wood, I'll manage to get a bit more time out of my older gear, and then can take his good advice to get a newer Mac Laptop. Apple's better-than-Fort-Knox security needs all the newest bells and whistles to do it's job, so I've got to get on board with this fast moving train. I tried many different possible solutions.... reinstalling mouse drivers, virus scans, reinstalling Windows, etc, etc. FRUSTRATING! I finally found Intellect Computer Service. I gave them a call and left a VM. John called me back within 30 minutes. He was very cheerful and asked what my problem was. I described my headache and the attempts I had made to solve it. He thought for a second, then from memory ( he was in his car) he patiently described how to drill down several windows to a particular setting. I would never have found this on my own and the setting had a name I would never have imagined. I did as instructed and rebooted my laptop. PRESTO! Problem solved! This call might have been 5 minutes long and he solved my dilemma on the fly for free. He longer has a brick & mortar store, but will make an appointment to come to your location. No one wants to feel like they are being over-charged for service (especially repair services for your computer and car...) and I left feeling satisfied that I was charged fairly and appropriately. The thing that impressed me the most about Atlas was the quick turn around for the work they accomplished. I took my broken computer screen in to get it repaired when I was out of town to another computer repair company and they said it would take them 4-6 days to even get around to looking at it! this is the best computer repair place that you can go to in Bellingham I had a later on it was a…read morefaulty CPU and Intel i5 13600 K but Best Buy kept on diagnosing it wrong and they kept on telling me to replace other parts which in total about $600 of me replacing parts not even broken then I got fed up with Best Buy and I took it to express computer care Bellingham, Washington and within 10 to 15 minutes yard figured out CPO and then I came next time by to get it fixed and with an AMDCPU and he completely fixed everything and ever since then I have not had a single problem and I've gained hundreds of hours compared to before where I could only gain one or two hours completely I've never had any single problem and my PC runs grea.
