Verizon is Amazing! I went and paid my Bill like I always do in person. I saw something that wasn't quite right.I immediately called Verizon Customer Service and talked with Van.I told him what the problem was and he troubleshooted within 20 Minutes or less. I told him I am a Disabled Veteran on a very fixed income. Van then looked over the different promotions and gave me the Best Outcome. Van went through everything,he agreed with the fact that I was overpaying for my Mobile Service,Wi-Fi and Streaming Services and Apps for my Television He reduced my Bill for next Month April 2026 in the amount of $75 less and confirmed it right dead and there. I jumped up and hit my head on the ceiling I was overjoyed with the discount he told me would be ongoing.Van with awesome Customer Service just like all Verizon Products and Services are "Top Notch " soooo much better than Xfinity or others. They are superb and willing to help you anyway they can for anybody. I have told at least 15 of my friends who have left Xfinity due to there Nightmare of Overpaying ,Poor Customer Service done etc! but Verizon all 15 of my friends who switched thanked me when they switched to Verizon and are Very happy as I am .They have told me and others that Verizon is much Superior than any other Company that this is the Best Mobile,Wifi,and Television Streaming & Apps ever! Noone can compete with Verizon. I love Verizon and all my friends who switched to Verizon ditto. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre-paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening. I really enjoy Verizon's response " Thanks for bringing this to our attention " Like they have no idea they're stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars a month from past customers. "allegedly" LOL. This has been my go to store for new devices for over a decade. During that time, between my husband and I we have purchased well over a dozen apple phones, iPads and watches. The most recent phone purchase included a screen saver that started cracking within the first 24 hours, and NOT from dropping it. I should have gone in immediately but put it off and when I did call about coming in to have it replaced was informed that they could do it but I would have to pay for them to replace it. What? I've spent thousands with them over the years but when I would like something from them in return they're going to nickel and dime me? To make it even sillier I now see that these particular screen savers are problems mentioned all over on reviews everywhere. So, they pick a bad product, charge me to buy and install it, refuse to stand behind their choice and basically insult me when I call by inferring that surely I must have dropped it to have this problem! In those 26 years, this particular location provides by far the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire cell phone using history. they are predatory fueled by boredom and overstaffed. Allot of the Associates were not wearing masks until they saw me enter. I'm a retired EMT, so this was disheartening from the start. They sold me on this $80-$100 magnetic car mount and told me it was compatible with my iPhone 12 Pro Max MagSafe tech as long as I used an official MagSafe case (which I have). This was a lie or either an uneducated sales rep trying to make a sale. Anyways a week later when I noticed it not even charging, I was told I was not able to return it for a refund because I didn't have all the packaging. So I'm stuck with something that doesn't work for my phone AS advertised BY their sales associate. I even used the magnetic strip that came with it to try and boost the magnetics but even using an official MagSafe case plus the strip, it didn't work. It barely sticks and falls off constantly. It also won't charge despite being a Qi wireless charger. Basically I feel lied to or at the very least tricked into being sold something that didn't meet my needs, despite being very clear about what I needed with the sales associate, who assured me it would. I don't recommend going here, I'd stick with the official Verizon store or the authorized dealer by Bakerview (they are owned by someone else), they at least were straight up when they didn't know something instead of making it up for a sale. I'd give 1 star but they were "nice" enough to my face, besides giving me all the wrong info. read more

I bought a lifetime warranty charging cord, I didn't even want it till the employee said it has a lifetime warranty and I didn't need to keep the package or any paperwork and if it ever broke to bring it in and they'd replace it,but the employee I talked to refused to replace it and said I have to send it back to the company that made it for a warranty replacement, u was so angry I picked up my cord and walked out. read more

DISHONEST My phone was losing the charge quickly and then would not charge at all. Salesman checked it out, said it was the processor and that the charging port was not even connecting-it was shot. Provided me 4 choices of phones to replace it. Something didn't jive, so I declined the sale and went to the mall kiosk, Cellairis. I told her the symptoms. She popped in a new battery, plugged it in with MY charging cord. Let it sit for about 5 minutes-charges to 40%. $43 including tax. What do you know, the port is connecting just fine, the phone is operating way faster and I'm not money in the hole. Much better than the $750 PLUS I would have paid if I listened to the liar at Verizon. Are these guys paid on straight commission? Even so, how do they look themselves in the mirror at the end of the day? read more

Came in as a business customer. Our account has like 15+ lines on it so we spend a lot with Verizon. My phone is having issues and I'm like 10 days till my upgrade availability. 10 days!!! Net net is the guy tells me nothing he can do to help me and I have to wait. Basically in a way that was like sorry dude now go away. I'd love to know Who creates these policies and also who trains these employees?? We a decent account and I'm leaving extremely frustrated and with business phone having issues. They created a complete mess of my account. We asked to buy an iPhone outright to avoid paying the Verizon device fee, and to keep paying $15 per line for paid off phones instead of the $40 a month. They slipped in a $1 financed amount for 24 months... which created an extra $120 bill including charging two device activation fees aka pulling the SIM card and putting it into the new phone - so technical. Avoid this fake Verizon look alike store and go to a real Verizon or apple store where their prices are regulated. It took a real Verizon store an hour to fix my account... at this rate if this was left unchecked, I would have paid $25 extra per 24 months = $600 that's garbage. Again. This is not a real/corporate Verizon store. ---- No thank you. I plan on avoiding this place all together. These were "UNAUTHORIZED" changes made to my account - I've filed a complaint with Verizon HQ. read more

Matt is the man!!! He helped me through every single step and was the nicest ever. I'm a college student so I was very lost but he made it so easy and I processed it fully. I was dropped off and had no phone and he had no problem i was worried I'd be annoying or be in the way but he made me feel so welcomed which I happen to find rare in Bellingham being a person of color but he didn't even care one bit. My Samsung wouldn't hold a charge. Salesman sold me a new charger. It still wouldn't hold a charge, and I replaced the entire phone. Got hustled on a $680 lg G6 phone here. The guy told me my phone can go 30ft underwater for 30 seconds, it can only go 1.5m (~4 ft) deep. Huge level of discrepancy here. Was also told if I get insurance that I can have my screen replaced for $29. I went in to replace a small corner crack, and was told that my phone wasn't eligible for that, after the salesman told me it was. They need to be more accurate with their information if they are gonna sell things for $680!! That's almost 2 weeks of scrubbing floors and toilets for me! read more

I'm very sorry to have to share an awful experience, because the sales people are friendly. First off: THIS IS NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE. That means it's a second-hand vendor with their own (lesser) promotions, process, etc. And that means they have to purchase or order your devices just like a customer would...and if there are problems - and there will be - they're stuck waiting for the right customer care employee at Verizon to try to fix it. You will be, too. In our case, our personal information was incorrectly typed in and it triggered the Verizon fraud department. We spent hours resolving that issue, only to find out days later that it hadn't actually be fixed. Our phones and tablet never arrived - they were never even shipped. But you'd better believe that they ran the $1000+ charge on my credit card anyway. We spent hours on the phone for days trying to sort it all out, and it was finally the REAL Verizon store inside the mall that helped us. We had to start a refund process from this store...who knows how long it will take to get our money back? I just know it hasn't happened yet. The guys at the mall were great and started over from the beginning with us, which meant being charged a second time for that large amount. But at least they were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and equally horrified at the mistakes that had been made. I whole-heartedly recommend the store at the mall and we REALLY hope this is not representative of our coming years with Verizon! read more

Writing a review seems trivial compared to the outstanding customer service we received from Rich Nickel. We came in to sign up for 4 new lines, but what we didn't know was that it would be a 12-hour ordeal. Rich went above and beyond his normal duties to help us navigate the troubles of Xfinity Mobile. He spent HOURS on the phone with various customer service agencies, troubleshooting phone transfer issues, and he even drove out of his way to drop off one of the SIM cards at my house just so we could be able to use the phone. Things continued the next day with an issue with one of the phones and Rich made himself available immediately to resolve the issue. As a small business owner and someone who has been in the customer service industry, this was one of the best forms of customer service I have ever witnessed. Rich is someone I would not only refer people to, but would hire on the spot and take him out for a beer. I cannot say enough for how amazing Rich was. read more

My husband visited this store today and was asked if he had a mask to which he replied no, I don't wear one. He was told to wait outside......really?? He doesn't have leprosy. The person had no respect or even a clue that some people can't medically wear masks. He just assumed that he was sick. People sit in restaurants with no mask!!! So far im not sure but will update my opinion as I have more contact with this establishment. I recently left Tmobile for Verizon mainly because of a Corporate discount my company gets with Verizon. I dont recall the name of the gal I worked with but she was new and did really well for being new. Others stepped in to help her because there were a lot of deals I qualified for that she was unaware of. In total I was there almost 2hrs which in my opinion was way too long. It felt like I was buying a car. She went over the details for the plan and switch but never told me there would be a hard inquiry to my credit. I didnt know until my credit app notified me. After I registered I got an email saying I could get 25% off accessories online. I called to ask if I could get that discount in store as well although it said it was an online special. The gentleman on the phone said I could (and I made it clear what I was reading) I made the drive on my lunch break just so the same guy could tell me he couldn't honor it because it was an online offer only. I didn't have a problem with it only being available online I had a problem with him telling me I could in store. I took the time to leave work and drive there to be told by the same guy I couldn't. I really hope I didn't make a mistake leaving Tmoble because in the 11yrs I was with them I never had a problem. read more

May be worth your time to research alternatives to CellularSales on Sunset Drive. Since my husband and I visited this store in June, I've spent several hours reversing an unauthorized plan change . In short, we went in with a loyalty plan, made it clear we wanted to stay on that plan, and have a quote sheet that specifies that plan. It wasn't until we were traveling this month and stopped at a local Verizon dealer because our hotspots weren't working that we found out we'd been switched to a more expensive plan that didn't provide hotspots. Fortunately Verizon changed us back to the loyalty plan which is a grandfathered plan. We also made credit card payment at the store that included down payments for 2 new phones, a new case, and "device setup fees" which were $35 each for the 2 new phones. I hadn't gotten an invoice for these charges, but called the store and had them email an invoice. Looking back, we were definitely led to believe that these device setup fees were Verizon activation fees. Of course, it's no coincidence that the device setup fee is $35 just like Verizon's activation fee is $35. We would never have knowingly paid $70 to have someone set up our phones for us. read more

This store is useless. The staff have no idea how to trouble shoot a problem. They don't have the inventory or knowledge base to be of any kind of service. When I was in there the most important topic was which desk am I going to sit at today. My phone has absolutely died, their one solution was buy a new one for $750. I went to another store and got everything taken care of and lowered my bill by $20 a month. The Diamond wireless kiosk at the Belli's Fair mall has the best staff and service. Lacking in professionalism and responsibility. I did my best to let go of my feelings, however we've just had a kid and it revived my anger. I'll explain. A new sales lady told my husband and I that my Apple 5C was the same as my husband's Apple 5S, the only difference was color (hence the c...). Well that is NOT the case but I didn't realize how pathetic my phone was until a few days past the month return date (I barely use my phone and was shocked when my storage filled up) and at that point the manager told me I was too late. When I reminded him it was their misinformation he told me I would have to confront the worker myself, get her to admit she'd done wrong and then she'd write her company a report detailing why I should be able to exchange my phone for the same as my husband's. Excuse me??? It's not my job to educate/manage their workers. I now spend lots of time clearing storage (text conversations, pictures, etc) and cannot update my phone or get apps (baby's milestones, etc) as I don't have enough storage... All because the company wouldn't take responsibility for misinformation and give me a phone they were looking to take out of stock anyways... The store was underhanded, untrained, unprofessional, and it all felt really smarmy. Do NOT go here. The store by Fred Myers on Bakerview actually knew what they were doing when they undid the email transfers the lady had further messed up trying to transfer phone numbers (I even told her on that one she was doing it wrong but everyone was apparently too busy to help her out so she did it her way anyways). read more

Either way once i noticed the number of credit checks I called the manager who was not helpful so I called headoffice who promised they would resolve but did nothing. Almost a year ago, my phone was stolen while I was on a trip to visit a friend in Bellingham. I went to this version retailer to replace my phone. That process went fine but the clerk accidentally gave me the wrong otter box. I didn't notice until I got home which is 2 hours away. I called right away. The clerk, apologized and said I could return it to a retailer closer to me. I tried to do that but no place would do that as they said their POS systems were different. I went to 3 locations which was a ferry ride and gas later. Obviously this was frustrating to say the least. I tried mailing the otter box to Bellingham with the receipt and explaination only to have it returned unopened. This left only one other option which of course was to drive 2 hours which I did. Granted this was a year later but it never occurred to me that they would not honor their mistake and I just don't go to Bellingham often. The box was never used and I had all the packaging etc. - while this is poor enough, it is the treatment I received which was incomprehensible. Not only was I not allowed to tell the clerk what happened, I was treated pretty much like I was a shoplifter. If I could have canceled my service account right then and there, I would have. However, I'm on my husbands business plan. Verizon has a problem with their retail locations and customer service philosophy. And, as an aside, according to my husband, if he had another option he would change service immediately. He hates Verizon and now I do too. read more

I was having a lot of trouble hooking up a new phone I had purchased online to my Verizon account so I took it in to the Verizon outlet on Sunset. The parking lot was full so I assumed there would be a long wait (like at the mall branch) but there were several sales people on hand and I was immediately offered help. I had been without a phone for two weeks and was extremely frustrated but my sales person (Maxwell) was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and personable and helped me work through several new passwords and a new Apple ID to finally get my phone activated. He also saved all of my previous photos. I am not the most technologically savvy person in the world and I never once was made to feel bad for not always understanding what he was asking of me. He was patient and kind and took the edge off of the experience by injecting a liberal amount of humor. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone who has questions about their Verizon phone or account. read more
