Horrible customer service, I wouldn't even step inside there. I know of multiple people who have gotten scammed by the workers. Sometimes they don't even know what they're doing. I stopped going there bc they just try to upswell you without even helping you with your issues. If you see this, know that they would target you if you are not well informed. Switched my daughter to T mobile. Was reluctant and waiting way too long. Today went to the store and Verizon her previous carrier literally held us hostage at the store. 2 hours the T mobile rep tirelessly worked to get her number released. We were given sub par help and I felt like they were making regret the visit. ALEX at the store was working so hard from ridiculous answers. But would not give up and stood up for me. No, wasn't difficult because of a bill I owed. Nothing. Looks like everyone's excuse for the previous inept rep was: they are new. Horrible experience with VERIZON. I was referred to this particular T-Mobile on Washington Avenue in Bergenfield New Jersey by my son, because he had previously been to the store. The workers there, Manny, and Angela were great! I've been with Sprint for 19 years and I was trying to decide if I should stay with T-Mobile or switch off, but because Manny explained everything so clearly and was so patient with me, I decided to remain a T-Mobile client. Manny and Angela are excellent representatives of the company and I look forward to 20 more years of good service read more

Please change to 0 stars. Worst costumers service ever. Everyone is just completely incompetent and has no idea what they are doing. Lying to us, not wanting to help and letting us come to the store 4 times waiting all day and being busier giving out free cups to costumers instead of fixing real complaints that they just screwed up. Contacting T Mobile too and filing a complaint. So called manager does not know what he is doing and just completely turned away from us while we were already waiting for over an hour. I hope T Mobile takes action against these two incredibly unprofessional employees since they just waste everyone's time and especially our money. Do not ever go there. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store and just do everything online or call costumers service which was very friendly I have to say and really helped us fast and smoothly to resolve the problem which just occurred because of the store associate missing knowledge and professionalism. Scam artists. Stay away from this place. Purchased a new iPhone and got charged for the phone protection plan when I never asked for it. I had to call Tmobile to get it off. Then I also noticed additional monthly fee on top of the monthly phone bill. Turns out the "$30 accessory deal" they sold me on was not a deal. I'm getting charged monthly full price for the accessories I received. I just got duped out of paying additional $30 up front for accessories I would not have gotten if it wasnt a good deal. I am NEVER going to these guys ever again! I suggest staying away from this retail shop at all cost if you dont want to get scammed like me. read more

All of the guys at the Bergenfield T-Mobile were so great! The manager worked with us to help us get two new phones, while keeping it fair! Oscar was our salesman and he was super friendly! He transferred everything over for us and got us out in a timely manner. My husband and I would definitely recommend this location! If you have anything other than T-Mobile, do yourself a favor and switch over! But do it in Bergenfield :) read more
