I switch to Tmobile to save some money which I told to the person that helped me, he was great but I told him after he told me my monthly bill would be and I said why would I switch to Tmobile for If I'm paying the same or more than my ATT? So he said I can get you down to $140 l said great I'll do it. I trusted him so l was curious to see my bill a few month later and it's more than I paid monthly with ATT! which is way over $200. Hmm is Tmobile or the person that set me up a fraud? If I knew I would have stick with ATT. I lost 663.23 because of activation fees and they only paid for 2 of my phone and not my watch. If I were to stay with ATT I could use that 600 to payoff my 3rd line and my bill would have been 140. Do not switch to Tmobile my advice is to stay with your current provider or find a not top big 3 provider like ATT, Tmobile or Verizon they're all rip off!!!! read more

My five star review is specifically for Mark & Nick at the Biddeford store. I DO NOT recommend using the online customer service team at all. I was given countless incorrect information and then when we went to transfer all of our devices the online tech froze my phone and then said we were locked out of our account. I rushed to the store where the amazing humans Mark and Nick worked to fix everything the online techs did and corrected the information AND got me a better monthly price!! Those two men deserve raises and I highly recommend going to them for all mobile needs! read more

My family and I recently decided to switch from AT&T to T Mobile. The process turned out to be overly complex with many errors on T-Mobile's part along the way. For example, we were double charged for our activation fees, we received SIM cards in the mail that didn't work, T-mobile had trouble communicating between it's national service and local branches, etc. In total, it took approximately 9 hours of my time on the phone to migrate my family from AT&T to T-Mobile. Additionally, my father spent a few hours at the T-Mobile branch in Biddeford. Despite the unnecessary internal complexity on T-Mobile's part, Caleb went out of his way to make sure that we got reimbursed for our duplicate charges and was very apologetic on behalf of T-Mobile for this painful transition. read more

My family and I walked in to port over 4 lines and start a new contract. Chris and Tomi both greeted us and were great! (This includes a 5 year old). Chris is the one that helped us and he has been an exceptional Mobile Expert. He is very patient, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The amount of questions and concerns I had were a lot and he did not miss a beat. He even worked hard to help try and figure out the best cost options for billing and out of pocket today. This included switching phones, trade-ins, sizes and doing multiple types of calculations. I was discouraged as everything I wanted, was out of stock or unavailable. When I found something else, the same thing. This occurred when searching online availability as well. Chris did all he could until I found something I was okay with. I CANNOT THANK CHRIS ENOUGH FOR ALL OF HIS HARD WORK!!! We have been here over 3 hours, the store closed a half hour ago and he has not treated us any differently. He hasn't rushed us nor made us feel unwelcome. Chris 100000% needs a raise and some type of recognition. We will always come to this store as well as recommend it to everyone I know. I'm a blogger, couponer and do a lot of networking. The best service spreads like wildfire. I've walked into other stores for Mobile questions, the customer service was horrible and we walked out. That was not the case at the T-Mobile in Biddeford. Prior to walking in, we saw lots of commercials in reference to discounts and free iPhones. This is what swayed the decision into switching to T-Mobile. We were honestly tricked by the fine print and not happy. I explained this to Chris and he did apologize (which isn't his fault). He explained the promotions such as a third line free, 1 free iPhone only, other phone options etc. Thank you Chris for the wonderful and unique experience and gaining 4 new customers!
