I just walked into this store to drop off a trade in phone and every employee there made me feel…read moreextremely weird disrespected. I was told i could drop off my phone at any Tmobile store when i made my initial purchase. The employee(heavyset white woman) i spoke to let me know only corporate stores take phone trade ins. I was obviously confused and asked what's the difference to which my response very smugly and dry was "its a corporate store" she sounded like a airhead who just simply didn't know the actual answer. I said ok thanks so much after the employee beside her gave me a brief list of corporate stores and as i was walking out for some reason all eyes were glued to me. It was very discomforting and if this is the difference between a corporate store and whatever this sh*thole is ill make sure to go out of my way to only shop at corporate stores.

Our experience in getting phones and Verizon service was fine...something the Verizon reps should…read moreknow and mention is about the Netflix offer, billed through Verizon. I had an Extra Member on my Netflix account but when I opted to have Netflix billed through Verizon I no longer could keep that member on my account...Netflix wouldn't allow an extra member to be billed by a 3rd party!!!!!!! SO, I cancelled Netflix billed through Verizon and now am being billed by Netflix...BUT, the extra member is no longer on my account and when I requested to have an invitation sent to my extra member, I got an "OOPS...try later" message. This is frustrating and the fact that the Verizon rep didn't know and/or didn't mention what would happen makes me angry. (To expand on a previous review, we initially were met by the manager of this location and also found him to be dry and borderline rude. Shane took over at manager's request, who said Shane is smarter than him...trust me, Shane is much more personable as well.)

The last two times I went to this store the manager not sure of his name was very dry and lacked…read morecustomer service skills. This has happened to me twice and I now will go to another location to avoid the lack of caring service.

i want to write about the Spectrum Store in Biddeford..I had an appointment on the 14th to upgrade…read moremy phone from my crappy Motorola..Low and behold, two employees tried to access my account and they said that my account was locked (somebody tried to log in to my account too many times),.wasnt me, althought two different employees had me put in my social four times. I was told that they could'nt authenticate my account that it was locked...Can you come back this afternoon because it takes a couple of hours to unlock..I said no, I cant..so they schedule me for the 15th at 1120. We arrive and there are no customers, 5 employees standing around talking..So the young lady helping me says, I'm sorry, I can't get in to your account. It's locked. can you come back tomorrow the 16th, I said no I cant. well we need to put in a ticket to find out what is wrong...Wow...My daughter gave me her expensive phone and needless to say, I'm back with Verizon...Never had trouble with Verizon...The wind would blow and my spectrum phone would have no connection, emergency calls only, same with the snow, no connection... one more thing...Allison at the spectrum store: I asked Allison if she would be able to transfer all of my data to the upgraded phone...She says "if I can" and "ill try" what kind of friggin answer is that..
