The last mobile number was ported to T-Mobile which should have closed my account. I unknowingly still had a line on my account that I asked to be removed in person. I visited my local office and was told we still had a number and I had auto paid it for 2 1/2 months. I called the number in front of the xfinity rep and I got the message the number was not in service. 3 hours on the phone over the last week and I still can't get them to see that the number hasn't made a call since the account was created but I'm still paying for it. The Customer Service department is broken and communications within the department are non-existent.

What's most concerning is the lack of transparency and urgency. Instead of working collaboratively to investigate and contain the issue, Spectrum ultimately closed the case claiming no fault, while refusing to provide critical records (such as call logs) unless requested through legal channels. These are records that should be readily accessible to the account holder--especially during a security incident. This created unnecessary business disruption and forced me to take independent action, including filing reports with law enforcement and regulatory agencies. For a business service provider, this level of support during a potential breach is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other businesses to evaluate whether this level of risk and response aligns with their needs.

I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I…read morewas looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.

When I called the rep, I was then told not only would they not absorb the illegally billed fee, but that my bill was now going to increase $30 a month!!! How the heck is this legal? I never signed anything that authorized this "fee" or anything at all actually. Might be time to get litigious. Avoid this business at all cost.
