I finally decided to make the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was so grateful they could pay off my old phone so I can get a new phone and pay way less for an unlimited everything plan. T-Mobile itself is excellent but the guys here are scammers. They tried selling us something called a "digits" plan and we said no but we received a text message we were enrolled anyway. They also said since I was coming from Verizon I had to pay for the more expensive plan to prove I was staying with T-Mobile and i could cancel it in 3 months. Fast forward to the next bill and turns out we do not have to stay on this plan and with the T-Mobile one plus plan AND digits, we ended up paying $30 MORE than we needed too. If you're deciding whether to switch or not, do it, just don't go here. read more

It's too bad that the other reviews on here seem to be negative, because my family and I definitely had a great experience at this T-Mobile! We walked in needing new phones, and as none of us are very technologically savvy, we were expecting to be confused and frustrated by the employee's technological jargon. We also walked in about an hour before closing, which definitely isn't something we'd normally do! I used to work retail and understand how annoying it is when a big family walks into the store expecting a huge amount of help an hour before closing. So basically, we walked in already feeling tired, frustrated, and prepared to be annoyed. Long story short, our assumptions were totally wrong! The employees were nothing but helpful and encouraging during the entire process and did their very best to answer all of our questions in layman's terms. One employee, Kunal, truly went above and beyond to get our phones all set and to work through any glitches--he even kept the store open an extra 2 hours to help us through the long process of transitioning to new phones (we don't change phones often, so we were unfamiliar with the experience). The next morning, he welcomed us back to help out with some other glitches we were experiencing with our phones, which was so appreciated. This place is horrible and people there do not want to help just looking to squeeze as much money as they can. Went to see about upgrading my phone and they pulled up my account. They gave me one option of phone for a high price/month. I went home and found i was eligible for the same phone for cheaper and several other options that were cheaper. When i asked why a loyal customer doesn't get rewards they said I could go to another carrier. Do not go to this T-Mobile store!!! read more

The staff at this store is amazing! They have helped the switch over from Sprint to T-Mobile seamless, they truly have helped answer all of my questions regarding my new plan and helped me get a new phone! Amazing team and manager, keep up the good work guys! read more

I was extremely happy with the stores service until I received my second bill. I was misled or lied to concerning certain services. The phone cases and screen protectors were only free until I got the bill (added to monthly payment) The so called included digits (additional secondary phone number) was not included. Insurance was added to my phone without my consent . A free phone with trade in promotion was not honored. When I called The manager I was blown off. What a shame. The good news was a T-Mobile representative who rectified all the problems. I could not in good faith recommend this store read more
