This place is so unprofessional. I made an arrangement with T-Mobile over the phone to go into one of the stores to pay my balance (which has never happened before, I got a new phone and it made my bill higher this past month). When I got there, the man who barely spoke English, wasn't able to take my money towards my balance. I asked him why, and he said he didn't know, he showed me the computer screen, and I suggested maybe there was something wrong with the system, and he should call T-Mobile support. He told me no, and that I had to call, which made no sense to me. I stepped aside and called, the man behind me was also paying toward and a balance and the system again wasn't able to accept it, he got frustrated and left. The representative on the phone asked to speak to the man in the store, and that's when they decided his system was down. I took my phone back and as I'm figuring out what to do the man in the store starts speaking to me, I told him to hold on and that I was on the phone and took a step outside. After I made another arrangement I left to go in my car as I'm driving this man runs out of the store screaming. I rolled down my window, and I asked what the problem was. He said that now the payment was able to go through. I told him that he was no help to me, and I already figured it out with the woman on the phone. My phone stopped charging. I brought it in to the store after Apple suggested I use my T-Mobile insurance since I was out of warranty and T-Mobile would replace it. There was no physical damage or water intrusion. Therefore no $150 deductible due. I explained the situation to the store owner. Yes the owner. He advised I needed to pay $175 up front. That bc my phone was paid, I no longer had insurance and that the replacement would ultimately cost me $399. I advised this Misinformed merchant that I had read the insurance, called T-Mobile and that nothing he said was correct. He was loud, rude and lied about not being able to get in touch with company. I asked if he could read. He said yes. I presented him with the paper copy of my insurance. This arrogant fool caught an attitude and basically dismissed me. Never go to this lying thief!! Poor representative of an otherwise great company and service. I went to T-Mobile in central islip and was handled with top notch service and resolved all issues according to contract and insurance I signed up for. read more
