I was welcomed into the shop with hospitality and warmth, my iPhone got all taken care of and I was even able to use the desk phone to make some calls to my office to sort out the new phone. The store manager ensured me that I would have coverage at my farmhouse. 2 bars of LTE minimum. I had 0 reception. I saw the chart and he did accurately inform me from the company charts. Then I got a call saying that they were not going to honor my discount until I verified my employment. The manager had done this already, but HQ was asking for me to call. I called and they would not verify even though they had everything they needed. They said I needed to go back to the store and tell them to hit some button. When I got there I saw the associate that I bought the phone from she said that the manager was on leave and wouldn't be back back for a week. 10 days later I still hadn't received a call and the manager was sitting there looking unproductive...my perception! Said he had only recently returned from leave. They were apologetic, but.... Then trying to get a refund since I left less than 2 weeks later explaining that I had left due to poor Customer Service and no reception where I was told I would have reception. But my claim was, of course denied. On the phone with HQ again. Never had these problems with Comcast and happy with to be back with Comcast.
