So BEWARE if you use this company have them give you pricing in hand writing because the billing agent there will make up fake expenses to hike up the bill!!

My mother, 63 years old, is the nicest lady anyone can come across. She came there asking for help…read morewith her phone because she thought it was "broken." the screen was not working correctly. She kept getting pushed off, and they told her to wait when there was no customer around or even busy. They made her wait for 1 HOUR! Until a manager came by and "helped" her. They concluded that the phone was broken..., that she couldn't trade it, and that she needed to buy a new one... I had to drive more than an hour with my wife and baby to help her fix her phone. We didn't get it to work, so we took her to an Apple store. The Apple employee told us in one minute that the phone was NOT broken; all it was was that it was on voice-over mode. Whoever encounters my mother needs to learn how to treat elderly people with some compassion when they ask for help. Shame on you.

No body trims the tree and what City Official Ass planets a maple tree 5 feet from a pole and branches grow around the wires. My WiFi box has been changed 4 times and upgraded my speed for more money yet this is unexceptionable. COMCAST should be ashamed that their customer service is so poor and responsive without charging for just observing. This problem is not my home! It's COMCAST!
