I can't believe the nightmare that I've been through because Dennis Mackle and Aidan Broderick. I went to this store (looking for changing carriers) last July and they kept me in the store for over 3 hours. The plan that they sold me (scribbled in a piece of paper from Aidan) including a Jetpack would be $80 plus taxes a month. Days later, Verizon sent me a bill of $197,39 and, back to the store, Aidan just said he made a mistake. So, I canceled everything in that moment, returned all the devices (before the 14 days to try and return giving a full refund). After this Verizon sent me a bill and, back again to the store, they said they would fix everything, all the charges would be dropped and, I could still receive one more bill but I should discharge it. DENNIS specially, always treated me hostile. Being an immigrant can be very challenging and he was completely discriminating me. So, in the second week of January I received a collection letter from Verizon about a phone that I never asked for and plan that was cancelled (and I shouldn't been charged for it). After dozens of calls, talking to people, even DENNIS again, right and left, they said that I could speak with the collection company). I started a real fight when I realized that my credit Score was DOWN 106 points because DENNIS and AIDAN ( Verizon simply, said they couldn't do anything). So, who can? Those guys will keep trying to take advantage of people like me (immigrant, that they judge that because the language they can do anything and we are just going to pay). It was so disrespectful, nobody to hear and do something to really fix. They should have fix their mistakes at least, but they just decide treating me as nobody. But, here I am, doing whatever it takes to prove that justice will be make and what's fair will prevail. STAY AWAY FROM THAT STORE. read more

After learning there were no phone upgrade deals for my wife and I at T-mobile unless we added another line, we started looking at other carriers. I stopped into this store on my way home and spoke to Pablo who is a store manager. I told him what we had for our current plan and what we were looking to do. He did some research on the spot and broke down our options so it was easy to understand. He ran through a couple different scenarios to help us find what the most sensible plan was without trying to sell us on anything extra. Even after he presented us with what I thought was a good deal he still went back and checked to see if there was any way he could save us a few more dollars, which he did. On top of all this, when we came back in to finalize our plan one of his team members helped us find the best trade in offer on our phones which he didn't have to do since their store offers the service. After a week or so of service we were very happy with network performance and we got a follow up call from Pablo to make sure everything was working smoothly. We told him how our business plan ended up not being eligible for the Disney+ promotion; he credited our account to make good on what he presented us, which to me was above and beyond. After an upgrade my iPhone stopped working. Saturday night before Christmas at 7 PM I arrived here and was greeted by Aiden Broderick. He took time and explained all of my options. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Once I made a decision Aiden did everything he could to teach this very technically challenged senior how to best utilize my new phone. Because of my lack of knowledge the setting up of my new phone was very long. Aiden wasn't phased that he had to stay late to finish the process. I will be forever grateful to this young man for his knowledge, patience and respect. He is a jewel in your crown for sure. He even gave me his card in case I have problems! I went to the Stoneham store and had a few people ahead of me and there was only 1 associate on duty Isaac.. It wasn't too long of a wait. He made sure that I was happy with my new phone, plus a few accessories, and that everything I bought was set-up and working before I left. I was happy with my phone when I left and I still am.
