T-Mobile, I want to say thank you for an amazing experience. My bill was climbing with Verizon, so I went to your Westfield Mall location in Brandon. Wilfredo helped me port my numbers, that had been with Verizon for 15 years . He moved all of my information to the new phone, helped me start an online account and helped me submit my device pay off . Thats right T-Mobile paid off my kids iPhones and it wasnt a bill credit. I was sent a virtual Visa in a week. An agent even called me to help me activate it. The same agent I spoke to when I called to verify information. They have a team dedicated to the Tampa area, so you get the same group to help you. I signed up in early January and I was waiting to see a bill and to get my new Sansung TV. Thats correct I received a brand new Smart TV on their promo. They did everything they said they would. Amazing. I am saving $65 per month on my bill, I have unlimited everything, I own my iPhones, i got a great trade in for my phone and i now have a new S9+, they pay for my Netflix (saves me $13 dollars more) and I got a new TV. A company that does what they say is a plus today. Now there are a couple areas that loose signal, once and awhile, Wesley Chapel by State road 54.Downtown Tampa and at my sons college in Jacksonville ( keep growing your network. lose the kids, lose the mom) Verizon had dead spots too, so I'm not worried . Just left this place and have to say my experience here was exceptional. It didn't smell weird like other T-mobiles and everyone just seem to have a nice vibe to them. Relaxed, professional and ready to deal with picky customers like me. I was greeted warmly at walk in and taken care of immediately. Was walked through my options by a girl (can't remember her name) and she was humble enough to run past her manager (who I can't remember his name either but he had blonde hair and a slightly larger then normal head size) who helped her answer some of my harder questions. There were some issues with the pricing on their computers both here and at the Bloomingdale store. However the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. They were personable and funny as well. They gave me a temporary phone case until their systems catch up and gave me a card to call back the next day to check in. Stopped in to return a device (from a JOD) and exchange a screen protector I ordered on t-mobile.com, the employee taking care of me was useless, basically told me I had to mail in the equipment which is not done on a JOD, they specifically say to take it to a store; and then she couldn't exchange the screen protector because I ordered it online when tmo customer service advised me to go to a store to exchange it once it arrived because it would be easier on me. Now I have to drive to another store and find more competent reps. read more
