Definitely the customer service team I went for the promo Tuesday and the person at the front told me that only corporate offices give them out I told him not true I got a promo last Tuesday for the grill utensil and the young lady gave it to me when I showed the promo on phone no fuzz no questions that's great customer service read more

Friendly and helpful staff. This is a huge company and there is a lot of turnover so you may never see the same person twice, depending on their shift and if they work at more than one location. This store is big enough that they usually have some items in stock when others might not. Free parking lot is a plus. read more

Such horrible customer service. I started on Monday to try and upgrade my phone on my phone plan,... I tried to chat on their website - no one responded... I tried email... No one. Called - no answer. I seriously thought they were going out of business. So I finally took time out of my workday today (Friday) to go to the brick and mortar shop to get a new phone but couldn't because they don't have any phones on premice and was told they have to be ordered online. So I'm back to square one after a week of chasing for a new phone. Horrible way to treat a long time customer. I'm looking into a new cell provider read more
