They lie and say it's one price with insurance on both devices it's this price. The next day we find out our bill is $80 more. The salesman lied only to get a commission. When we complained they said this is the price and the salesman isn't here to help you you'll have to come tomorrow. I'm appalled at the service of the store. The other salesman in the room won't help you because they didn't deal with you. They don't care, all they want is there lousy $20 commission and they say screw you if you have a problem. What they do is the classic bait and switch routine. We turned in our tablet kept the phone. And now we're going to Verizon. Do not go to this store. I believe they have a system to rip off customers and then when they see the price a day or two later on the bill on the computer they lie and say that was the price. Beware

I am not normally one to write business reviews, but I felt it was important to write this one. I…read morewas experiencing an issue with my MacBook Pro laptop. The battery was not holding a charge. I brought it into AAT for an opinion and it was determined that the battery had reached the end of it's useful life. They offered me three choices of battery from economy to best. I chose the best option as I have loved the laptop, I bring it on all my travels and it functions flawlessly. During the repair, it was discovered that the battery management module had failed. The repair took longer because they needed to order a module and replace it to make sure the problem was completely repaired. I understood and waited for the repair to be completed. When the repair was finished, I went to pick up the laptop expecting to have to pay, at a minimum, for the needed part. I was told that there would be NO CHARGE! I actually tried really hard to at least pay for the part, but they said NO, it is covered under the battery repair and that it was their policy to cover the issue. I was shocked, but happy at the same time. It is rare in today's business world to see a business stand up to their work where it would have been very easy to give me a bill and say, sorry it's your laptop and your problem. They did not!! When I returned home and began daily use of the laptop, I discovered another problem with the power/battery operation. The laptop would only turn on from a powered off situation, if the charger was plugged in. I returned it to them and they fixed that problem.....once again, without a charge! AAT was more than fair with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs you will need. I would give them 10 stars, but Yelp only goes as high as 5.

My appointment was for 5 PM today. I got there a few minutes ahead of time and was greeted pleasantly and asked to sit down and they would be with me in a few minutes and they were. A technician asked me several questions about the problem, seated me at the table and said he would be right back. He came back with his Macbook, connected up my iPad, put it in DFU mode, and in less than 30 minutes I had ios15.0.2. Through the process he showed me how I could've done this at home if it ever happens again. Terrific job by great people at the Apple store!

You can't stand on your feet? It has to be tush to table? Cool. They saw me walk in and go right to the product I wanted. I know this because the product was five feet past them. Since this store can't just have registers like a normal store, you need an employee to come over and ring you out. I had to go interrupt the gossiping teen boys (ok they were men in their thirties but as far as I care, they had the souls of gossippy teen boys). Nobody who works at this store seems to understand that it is their literal job to help customers. Finally a woman helped me. Interesting. Only saw women helping people. All the men standing around talking to each other like they had a thumb up an orifice. After insisting I give her enough personal information to successfully steal my identity if the store wanted to, I was allowed to purchase some headphones. When I left, the manchildren were still talking about their video game, as they had been the entire time. I think the 20 min I spent in there showed me enough about the management of that location that if I were making decisions, I'd be cutting people. Crap leadership leads to crap behavior from your team and crap experiences for customers is the end result. Thank god I was just passing through and don't have to go back there. Slack jawed buffoons. And one overworked woman.
