After an attempted hack my Samsung Galaxy phone was sending texts sporadically. I was receiving texts but for the most part they weren't getting mine. This was very frustrating and I had to visit my local T mobile store several times. Markus helped me each time. He is patient, knowledgeable and professional. We don't realize how much we need all our features until one isn't working. He deleted unnecessary applications and double email until recipients were receiving my texts. Problem solved right? Due to the attempted hack my phone was again not sending my messages but I was receiving there's. Time for another phone! Markus checked, I was eligible for a warranty exchange! I am soooo grateful to this patient, knowledgeable T mobile employee. He is an asset to T mobile! He saw how frustrated I was and went above and beyond to help me. We came in to get a prepaid card. A young lady started assisting us, but it was clear she didn't know how to complete the process. Another employee was helping other customers and tried to guide her, but she began using her phone and stopped assisting us. Despite his reminder, she still did not complete the application, and after 45 minutes we had to leave. No one apologized or attempted to fix the situation. Very disappointing customer service. We were there on Monday, November 25th around 6 PM so management can identify who was scheduled. read more

This site conducts a very dishonest business. When I ask for an iPhone with a storage of 1Tetrabyte, they give me an iPhone of just 256 GB. First, they say that I have to pay $105 upfront and every month I have to pay $118 + Tax for the next 24 months. Later, they say that I had to pay $158 + Tax, not $118 + Tax. At that time, I am very tired to pay attention to the details of the transaction until I go home. When I check the specs of the phone, it was just 256 GB, not 1TB. But worse, after I do the research online at other T-Mobile stores, I find out that for an iPhone of 1TB I just have to $118 + Tax for 24 months. read more

I've been with T-Mobile almost 20 years but had to switch to AT&T because this location refused to help me. I bought a phone a couple weeks ago that I hadn't realized was much lower in storage than the device I was switching from. The reps knew that, though, and told me that's all they had onsite. I eventually took it back and planned to just buy through the app, but was told because it was 1 day past their policy date I'd have to get assistance from a manager. The manager, Delvin, however gave me the runaround and refused to help. I called customer service they confirmed Delvin could help but wouldn't. I left, went straight to AT&T and was helped without problem and all I had to pay was tax on the phone. My 3 lines and I are much better off with a company that appreciates us. It sucks that Delvin's ego made the company lose a lifelong customer. read more

Today was the first time I saw an employee vaping while helping a customer purchase a phone. at least he was blowing the smoke out the side of his mouth. After working with the last customer before us, Big Mike, the vaper, went to watch something on his phone and take a break. We had been waiting for 30-45 mins at that point. I asked him if he could help us but he said "I have to take my break". The store was closing in 1 hour. I asked "you really can't help us?" He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head no. Aside from that, "Big Mike's" shirt was two sizes too small. His stomach was hanging out of his shirt. I noticed, after he stood up from laying on the table. I mean, this gentleman laying his full upper torso on the table while helping a customer. The other young Latina lady helped two Spanish families at a time. When it was our turn, she continued to help the one Latino gentleman and didn't take us as the second customer. I know a little Spanish and could tell the guy was flirting and they weren't talking about TMobile business. When I spoke to the manager, over the phone, he sounded like he had been vaping with Big Mike. I know the "I'll talk to him" convo doesn't normally go very far. Horrible experience ONCE Again, with T-Mobile. While we waited a gentleman came in the store, waited about 20 mins, observing the lack of customer service and walked out the store. read more

so i was on auto pay and my bank stoped my debit card because of fraud. My T-Mobil home internet auto pay intern was stoped because of the card. I was never notified by phone or email. I was charged a two dollar late fee and a $20 re-hook up fee and five dollars more for non-auto pay. Even though after I received my new card, I restarted the auto pay. I tried to contact T-Mobile through customer service phone call and I was told there would be a $10 fee to speak to a human. This whole experience was unacceptable and I will be looking for a new Internet provider unless they refund me the $22 and remove the five dollars for non-auto pay. Also, every time I try and contact T-Mobile they never have my phone number or email address after I've told them at least three times. read more

We have a business account with T-Mobile are switching a few things around. Manager on site refused to let a female client use the bathroom, even though she expressed it's an emergency and still refused to let her. Having a new employee trying to learn her position answering the phone while helping a client in store is also unacceptable. Very bad service all the way around. read more

These are great guys! After dropping a chunk of money on a new Android phone, my SIM card port was loose and defective. T-Mobile's been a pretty good company for me. But when I called the it's customer service line about this, I was told that there wasn't anything they could do because a 14 days "return period" was over. Then I called back this store (where I bought the phone) and was helped by the manager Alfredo. This guy didn't put up ANY barriers or excuses in taking care me. He just told me to just bring it back in and that he'd hook me up. I ended up with a brand new phone and I'm more than satisfied. One of his guys (Manu) was also extremely helpful. Super unhelpful. I had gone to two different TMobile stores to get a new screen protector that I was told was insured through TMobile and could be replaced at any store. Both store were out and told me the only one they had I would have to purchase for $45. I wouldn't have got my protector through TMobile if I knew it couldn't really be "replaced at any store." I explained to them I've already been to two stores and both were out. They did not seem to care. The manager and guy with her were super unhelpful and very dismissive with me. I've been a customer for 8+ years and haven't had a bad experience until today. read more

Sharrell was very attentive to what I was requesting and went above and beyond to make sure our new phone was perfect and working properly. We were sent to this location because the first one we went to didn't have the phone we wanted. Well, after that first visit. . . this is the only location we will go to! The staff here is so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us understand our current plan at the time and offered an even better plan for us, which we just switched over to. The sales people just lied about policy for getting added onto family plans. Gave me the old run around just to get me out of their face. I confronted them politely and that just made them shut down and try to get me to do the run around routine (they said I need a memo from the account holder to be added so I called BS). Lazy, no knowledge, dishonest. I would give zero stars if possible. They also don't have any options for the new iPhone 6 in stock and don't care to change the fact. read more
