My current phone keeps running hot Dylan was excellent with transferring my data and all. He provided great information on the home internet system. He ensured all was completed. My daughter and I walked in yesterday 9/13/23 to upgrade to iPhone 14 . I decided not to trade in my current phone, chose to keep it as a back up. Upon our visit, there were no customers, no wait line. Yayyy!! I was truly happy. I wanted to make the quick transaction and leave back home. My daughter worked very early the next day. I selected the phone of my choice, paid the taxes etc around $128 rounded off. The transfer of date to the new phone was estimated to take about 1 hour according to the phone. We left swiftly while the transfer was still in process. I was happy with my purchase. The transaction took about 15mins total. Shannon, our agent who assisted us was wonderful and was in good spirits in helping us.

What the absolute eff? I have had issues with this company in the past, but this is an absolute new low. There is enough competition for phone services that this kind of behavior should not even be thought of, never mind actually practiced. Utter insanity.

I received a text from George who said "I am sorry, I don't have those screens in stock, the repair is $375, most of that being part cost." In fairness he suggested I wait until I return to NYC but I wanted to place a review because: 1) the screen replacement costs $20 wholesale 2) the Apple Store is $129 to replace the screen 3) even in NYC, the most expensive places were charging $200 (although apple in NYC is also $129) 4) a DIY repair kit costs $150... I get it, they charge more because they come to you, however the part is $20 (nowhere close to $375) and it behooves them to have items for the latest phones in stock. Also, where is George getting this $375 price tag from if "most of that being part cost"??? I went to the Apple Store and had it fixed within 45 minutes while I was at brunch. After tax and parking it came to less than $145. Save yourself the $$$ and just go to Apple for iPhone screen issues.

Adding an update based on his response. As I said numerous times in my post, he parked in the…read moredisabled parking ACCESS AISLE. It is NOT a disabled parking space. It has a sign at the front of it (which he parked right in front of) that clearly indicates it is only for handicap loading and unloading and has very worn white diagonal striping across it. The condition of the paint has been raised with the management company, but the signage makes it abundantly clear what the space is for. I did not park in two spaces. There is only one space. Also, the management company refuted his claims that he was given permission to park there to perform his work. He talks of grace and compassion as if the disabled person needs to be compassionate toward the difficulty he's experiencing while literally making it impossible for me to get into or out of my vehicle where I live. What a piece of work.
