Probably my favorite UPS drop off. They have fast service, accessible parking, super polite & helpful, and close by.

Had two ladies working the counter both taking care of two customers ahead of me, when one was done with one of the customer's she moved over to help the other co- worker with the last customer with an issue that they where both working on. No problem. But the part that got to me was how i was waiting patiently the whole time with and how i was not acknowledged at all in any form and then when the last customer left before me, she took her time before she finally called on me with a bad attitude look. Arrived at 4327 S.HWY 27 Clermont ,on 7/09/24 . I arrive at 7:59 AM, line was forming . Then at 8:03 the elderly gentleman in front of me reached out and relized the door was open . Do you think the lady of color inside could have walked over or at least waived us in. I have been a customer at The UPS Store at 614 East Highway 50, Clermont for more than 5 years. I rent a box from this location. We do all our shipping at this store. We always received the most outstanding customer service from Lance, Chris and many of their other previous employees. They were like an extended family, I used to go every day to pick up our mail. For about a month or so, they changed ALL their staff. I heard there was a change of management but never expected to get the horrible customer service with the change. Holy crap, they hired the most awful people ever!! From store manager to each of the staff. They all have ZERO customer service skills!! Very disappointing when you are paying for a service but get in return get the feeling the staff is doing you a favor and not a favor they show any interest on doing....I am in the service business and will never treat anyone, especially a customer the way this location is treating customers. We will not be renewing our box and will go anywhere else for future shipping. read more

Small store and only two employees but although there was many people due to the holidays they were very helpful and friendly, best of all super quick! What I thought would be a dreadful visit was pleasant. Store is clean and has a variety of options for shipping. Not my home store, but I would come back if I was in the area. I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude, condescending, misleading and/or dishonest.... I was treated so poorly from this store's associates and highly recommend you go to one of the other Clermont stores. These people are not trustworthy and / or don't know what they are doing. It was only after another store's manager offered to call them that they changed their "take it or leave it" attitude when they tried to overcharge me by $32 and somehow miraculously were able to match the pricing I knew was correct and they had earlier quoted me. (Then denied they had even talked to me earlier.) Avoid this location if you want customer service, honesty and true UPS pricing. read more

I drove about 10 minutes out of my way to go to this store instead of the Winter Garden. This store had positive reviews and the store in Winter Garden had many negative reviews. This store was simple....no muss, no fuss. The workers were extremely prompt, courteous and helpful. This is by far the worst UPS Store, well one of the ladies at this store always makes it an unpleasant experience. She tried to charge me $15 for a box and some peanuts a few weeks back and I swore I wouldn't go back, but I had an Amazon return which required that I take it to a UPS Store and have them scan a code and ship it out. I had to pay $7 for the return to Amazon by the way. Well when I got this same lady today all she had to do was tape the box, which I would've been happy to do if this store had tape out(FED EX always has tape out) but the didn't. She charged me $1.07 for a piece of tape. Just seems like bad business. This is a small town and and not how people usually treat each other. Needless to say I won't go back. read more

Very rude, uncaring and non professional ladies. I went in to mail an iPad back to Apple with the paperwork that says "take to any UPS store and they will pack and mail to us for repair". Had all paperwork and they told me I didn't know what I was talking about and they were busy with other customers! I went to the UPS store at Championsgate and they were very professional and took great care of my needs. I will never go back to the Clermont store again, but they probably won't care as they are busy with other customers. read more
