The manager was extremely rude in that he and another employee were whispering about my account with their backs turned toward me... It was very "used car salesman-like". The manager was supposed to have given me a $50 credit 5 days ago and THAT still hasn't happened... From my experience, the employees in this store are not knowledgeable of their products or customer service. I would NOT recommend this store to my worst enemy! The people at the customer service phone number, however, were VERY helpful. If it hadn't been for them, I would have pulled my order and given the store NO stars. Sam helped my uncle make his existing personal phone more user-friendly and checked to see if there was a cheaper plan for my husband and I. He gave us all the discounts we qualified for in terms of accessories and plans. His approach was consultative rather than pushy, which was refreshing. We will definitely go back to this location and ask for Sam when the need arises!

Young lady at Verizon store in Columbia MO immediately understood problem (apparently more than a few people experience this.) She was able to show us how to get past the different interface that occurs when Bixby Talkback in charge, and where to change settings to turn it off.
