Um. What? Nowhere in the commercial did it say anything about plans! Nor did 'J' mention me having to upgrade my plan. And to say I was eligible meant he had to check my plan. I was told by one of the 611 agents, "That's why you call customer service". I did!! I've now called 611 four more times and I get the same answer. Seems like T-Mobile doesn't want to honor what their employee discussed with me, that the promotion I saw on TV doesn't apply with the plan I have even though the first person I spoke to ('J') said I qualified, after he checked my plan, for the $800 credit. They don't want to give me what their customer service person said I was entitled to. One thing about me is I take notes!! Times, dates, people I talk with, how long on the call, and what they said! I'm a note taker. A supervisor at T-Mobile gave a $50 credit on my account. I told him it should be an $800 credit as that's what 'J' said my credit towards a new phone was, verified and approved! After today's calls, I'm convinced T-Mobile is unwilling to make this right. How they have treated me is dreadful. I believe they're trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I'm not.
