I am locked into a 3 year contract that I cannot get out of, I am paying $350 a month vs the $150 I was paying for faster internet, and finally I am not forced to buy another internet service and just use this for our VOIP lines. So not only do I have to pay for another internet, I have to do this for three years. They have given us nothing but trouble since we started, never return our multiple calls or emails. The second we signed the contract, everything changed and they left us for dead. This company company has an excellent sales force... and thats about it. Nothing to back them up. In less than three months we wanted to cancel the service and we were told that we would have to pay $14,000 to get out of our contract, or the full amount of the term. We are a upstart company, and the price was significantly more than we could afford for what they actually did. The call clarity of the phone calls is a joke, and internet speed is incredibly slow. We have been told on multiple occasions that they would be happy to double our internet speed, with no help to call clarity, for an additional $250 a month. Another fun part, is trying to get a hold of the customer support line. I am typically on hold for 45 minutes. If these people contact you, run.
