The moment I walked into this location I felt the warm welcome of the staff. Everyone was busy helping other patrons and they immediately asked me for name to be put in cue. We were greeted within a couple of minutes by Giovanni. He took my phone to have his specialist confirm what was obvious: my phone was FRIED! He invited us to sit at a table and entertained my children while giving me all of my options. Giovanni gave exceptional service to me and my family today. He went above and beyond in terms of gracious service and enrolled me in not only purchasing a new phone, but also getting insurance, just in case something like this happens again. Went in to try and buy the new iPhone 17. The person "assisting" wanted me to use my phone to download the T-Mobile app to check if they had inventory, in her own store? Also wanted me to order the new phone on my current cell phone. I told her that my phone was at 5% and didn't have room to download new apps, which is why I came into the store. Went in today to the location where I first decided to switch over to T-Mobile first off hands down Vanessa was such a great help had awesome customer service and went above and beyond to help me turn in my trade in phone even though I did the trade in online since I was mailed a packing slip and my name and address was not visible I walked in and she approached my fiancée and I she was starting the process and another girl who was there with a nasty attitude said it let you do it ! You can't do that here and I'm like wow as she making faces towards us as we waited there was another guy who was asked to help two other customers and as they left he went back to the station where the girl with the nasty attitude was sitting they began to talk about the customers who left and began laughing out loud and I like wow this is how these two people who work here do customer service I was floored so unprofessional, and as Vanessa was coming out with the paperwork stating that her boss helped her turn in my phone she says it let you ! The entire staff is always very welcoming and you definitely don't feel like you're another number. This past August, I came in with some significant issues with my phone due to an accident I sustained. they were extremely empathetic and impatient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS T-MOBLE Good service But They honestly Can't do Anything there all Thier work is based on Thier iPad Tmoble servers which are slow and always seems to have "Errors at the moment" They Reccomend you do eveything online.. because that's exactly what Thier doing I've been with this company for years now have a 5 person plan and Tmoble frankly has better service in most places then other company's I have been with but this company Have always somehow messed things up , my Sister had gotten a brand new iPhone 6 few years back and along with it insurance to cover any lost accident or breakage unfortunately my sister went on a trip to Hawaii and lost her phone coming back she Claimed her phone lost and We went to the Tmoble store To find out that the insurance that we were told was covering the IPhone 6 was actually Covering my mother Samsung Galaxy GrandPrime which was no where near the worth of the iPhone So the IPhone never had insurance and there was nothing they could have done to fix Thier mistake of making the Error or putting it on the wrong phone when it was specifically said at the moment when bought that it was covered , Also with Thier actual insurance policy my father turned in his Galaxy s 6 and had to pay 45$ to mail it from the shipper and When it cost 5$ at the store .When we went to the store to turn it in for a new one (my fathers phone wasn't working screen would not turn on ) it was brought in a week and a half later in a different color and A different problem it worked for a few days and turned off no Longer worked returned it again and tried to get the same color (white) as his original when they told us they didn't carry them anymore so had to get a Golden Yellow phone at last before that was a brown , They constantly over charger us for stuff we didn not pay and constantly make false statements when it comes to purchasing. read more
