I needed a tracker for my trip to "Spain" (Europe). Both male and a female employee. Kept using the Sales tactic. to the point of lying. both of them said the "Syncup tracker" is the latest and greatest. I asked several times, "does it work in Europe"??? I took it with me and threw away the box. I could not get a refund, unless I paid $25.00. They both told me there FREE (nothing is free). I was able to refund 1 tracker. The one I lugged threw Europe. NEVER WORKED!!! because they dont work in Europe!!! I could not get a refund. Now the tracker is seating in my electronic junk graveyard. I am making monthly payments on something I was suckered to purchase from these to clowns. but I fell for it. also I purchased the International Pass also that never worked. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I recently bought an iPhone 16ProMax here and unbeknownst to me, the salesman added a "360 protection insurance plan" at $29/month. This is UNETHICAL and FRAUD, plain and simple! Fortunately, I checked my monthly bill, and they probably assume that most customers don't check the bill or are confused with T-Mobile's complicated billing itemization and process. The people from this store are so unfriendly and gave me attitude when I went to get my numbers updated due to T-Mobiles fault that they added two random new numbers to my plan. The staff didn't understand my request at the beginning but just went ahead and added another two new lines without confirming with me first. And the dude (seems like a staff lead) was telling me they were tryna do me a favor and I made their jobs harder when clearly they messed my account up and needed to fix the mistakes they made! Although they speak to you nicely, I was completely fooled by a worker at this store. I was told about a new 5g internet router that I could try out for free for 2 weeks and if I wasn't happy I could return it, which I agreed to because it was a bit cheaper than what I already had. Then he told me about all these great benefits that came along with upgrading my phone service from prepaid to postpaid, increasing my bill by 30. He told me with this service I could trade in my iPhone 14 and get a rebate of 800 which essentially would get me the 15 for almost nothing. Well when I returned the router within the free trial customer service let me know that I would still have to pay the bill in full even for the router but would get credit for it the next month. This was never told to me. Also, they let me know that all of the benefits the young man claimed I'd get were completely misinformed and I essentially ended up getting scammed out of more money. I'm literally already going back to prepaid because I was happier there unfortunately. Lame store worker with a huge "Ana" tattoo on his arm and no name tag. My husband and I went into the store about an hour before closing. Lupita stayed well over her shift just to make sure we got everything we needed. I just left here and had a horrible experience with Jermy. Off the bat he had a bad attitude and acting like he didn't want to help me. When it came down to ask which types of iPhones they had in stock- I asked if they had the 16's & he stated they were all sold out. I asked about the 15's and he claimed they don't carry them. I then asked what about the 14's and he said he'd need to check. Once he came back with the 14 and I paid, I then see his colleague bring out (2) boxes of iPhone 16's for another customer who was shopping around. He never bothered to check the stock & when I questioned him and stated I felt lied to, he just raised his shoulders and said "sorry". He tried to cover up his error but stating only management has access to the inventory, however, I then stated he should not be communicating to clients false information when he isn't sure and doesn't know. Also, management should do better at communicating the stock with their staff to avoid miscommunication, lies, and overall an unprofessional behavior. I will completely be leaving T-Mobile within the next month thanks to Jermy & T-Mobiles overall HORRIBLE service, especially customer service. went into your store to purchase a new phone for my daughter. The battery on her iPhone completely stopped charging and so I needed a new phone for her. I was approached by a young lady who began assisting me. I explained to her my issue and everything was going smooth. She let me know I had to pay my past due balance which I did before we can purchase a new phone. She then let me know that the price for the phone would be $630 to which I agreed. She continued to break it down for me letting me know that I had to pay $121.66 down payment and the rest would be divided into my bill, to which once again I agreed. She asked me if I needed a phone case or screen protector which I then denied. I proceeded to pay and leave the store. Once I was in my car I looked into my bag and noticed I was also charged for an adaptor which I don't need. Assuming it was a mistake I went back into the store to return it letting her know I have many adaptors at home. She then denied my return, telling me I wasn't allowed to return it and that it's store policy to include the adaptors in my quote to which I agreed to pay ( not knowing I was agreeing to pay for an adaptor). I then called multiple stores to verify this information, and was told by many other locations that it is in fact not policy and they've never heard of this before. So i proceeded to call store 270 to speak to a manager. I was told he was in the restroom( not professional at all) and was put on hold for some time. I decided to hang up and call back. Finally, the store manager answered the phone and asked me what had happened. When I explained in detail he then said that it is in fact policy to include adaptors in my quote and that I had agreed to pay that amount ( again unknowing the amount included the adaptor) and I had taken the product with me. I told him that it is illegal to refuse a return to which he agreed rudely letting me know he can credit my account or I can return to the store for a second time to get a refund. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a store. read more

"So you're saying you can't help me? At all?" Not a good thing when you can't help your customer. So I come in with a new used phone bought from Swappa, an Ebay like retailer for cell phones. (Telling they didn't know what Swappa was, any phone fanatic should.) I explained that I'm getting a "SIM not Supported". The three representative said it's not a T-Mobile phone and locked by another carrier. "There's nothing you can do? Tell me what I can do next?" They explained no, that I needed to go to the original owner. Okay, I suspected as such, that it was a locked phone. But I was hoping that these "experts" can at least advise me on next steps, I'm sure this happens ALL the time. Perhaps all three were new at their job or maybe they didn't see this as a commission opportunity, I don't know. What I did know is that they weren't going to help, final answer. Leaving I thought BS, I was in the tech industry (not the mobile phone industry), there's always something you can do. So I went another T-mobile near my house and asked the same question. Before I could finish explaining, THIS T-moblie representative said that he knew what was wrong and knew how to fix it. "Easy fix". He took my phone and jumped on the computer. I was out in under 10 minutes, 5 of which was explaining exactly what he was doing. He, simply stated, went to the ATT site and requested the phone to be unlocked. I learned something new today. While I don't completely fault the young sales representative at this T-Mobile, but they didn't even try to troubleshoot, look at my phone or look up my information. They were positive they couldn't (or wouldn't) help. Again, ignorance or indifference, neither a winner. Take a pass on this place, cause when you don't know your stuff, you can't help anyone. I came here a few days ago to help my siblings to buy their phones they wanted. I was assisted by Derek, later Jasmine (only 2 of them were there). Derek wasn't wearing a mask which I felt uncomfortable about regardless of the mask lift. It's actually quite hypocritical since they have a sign in front of their door that face masks are recommended when entering but he doesn't even wear it. Anyways, my complaint is that I felt I was pressured and forced to get something I kept saying no to and they didn't take no for an answer. First thing, my sister specifically wanted a certain type of to go screen protector and Derek said he'll check but told Jasmine to take care of it. So I told her and she was like oh yea it has everything in there and I'm like okay thinking it's the one my sister wanted but it wasn't. I even mentioned it twice to Jasmine fyi. But whatevers, my sister in the end used it. Second, Jasmine was trying to promote this buy a screen protector and get the second for half the price kinda deal. Then Derek was trying to make sure or something and without my consent he brought over a phone case instead and put it with the phones at the counter. Honestly I was confused about what the promotion was. So I asked was the case free and Derek was explaining and I still was confused. Then he explained again saying that if I buy the screen protector for my sister then my brother can get the phone case for $20 and the screen protector will be $20 as well so the total will still be the same as the original price of the screen protector as if it was bought Individually. So I was like oh got it, my mind literally was scattered due to all the confusion and I don't always do well under pressure especially when I'm confused, but I kept telling them I didn't want to get the phone case. But they didn't listen instead Derek kept saying it would still be the same price even if I was to just get the screen protector. Mind you, I was texting my sister about the promo and they were rushing me to pay when I haven't finished asking my sister. I also felt they were judging me when I was confused so that made me uncomfortable. Lastly, Jasmine told me she needs to activate the SIM card and I was disturbed cause not only she was touching the the phones, her finger print smeared onto one of the phone screens. It may not seem like a big deal but we're technically still in a pandemic, the ocd kicks in even more. And I didn't notice this on the receipt until my sister told me they charged for their phones to be upgraded. I didn't even know about it, I have no recollection of them mentioning this to me. Anyway this is my perspective of what happened, I don't know if there were any misunderstandings during the process. Originally came here because I needed to renew my corporate discount and figured, "1 star? Really? How bad can it be?" It is. Came in to a semi-packed store with 4 employees, 1 of the gang promptly ran in the back when a new wave of customers (myself included) walked in through the door and never .. came back out. (cue dramatic music) We were next in line, and waited about 20 minutes before finally being served by a lazy employee. I explained my situation and he told me to, "hold up bro" and walked away, coming back later with a form and said, "fill this out and mail it in yourself - anything else?" Are you kidding me? This place is a scam, DO NOT come here. I've already filed a complaint with corporate. These people scammed my gf and overcharged her for an iPhone. Despite complaint they didn't let her return it either and told her to take it up with Apple? The phones not broken. They didn't even give her a receipt, she had to go back and get one. Tmobile in particular is the worst company to have your phone service, its starts at 4 plans for 150 but it never fails for the bill to be 250 for boogus fees. If your with metro just stay there I am going back I love my bill and even if the service wasn't all that great at least we were just paying a flat 40 T-Mobile don't even have great service anyways and we end up paying about 80 per line but if you should to still go with Tmobile don't say I never told you read more

Let's start off with when my girlfriend turned in her phone they did not wipe it off cleaning and someone was trying to use her information to make purchases. It took for ever for them to activate the phone about over an hour considering that we didn't want them to transfer information from the old phone, to me that was just ridiculous. We went in trying to exchange it and they still charged us the restocking fee. Charged for their mistake. Ms. Natalie store manager didn't even bother to ask what had happened. I think it's time for a Yelp Elite to chime in on this specific T-Mobile company run store. After two days contemplating whether or not I would visit this store based upon so many unfavorable Yelp reviews, I decided to check it out for myself because I felt in my gut that maybe, just maybe the majority of these negative reviews were too critical, gross exaggerations, or perhaps malicious retaliation. Let it be known that, based upon my firsthand account, this T-Mobile store is more than capable to service your needs. And they accomplish it with a great deal of professionalism. With 5 miserable years on AT&T network, enough was enough and I needed to switch back to my beloved T-Mobile. I enjoyed 3 glorious years with my original iPhone (which I unlocked September 2007) on the T-Mobile network, and prior to that, I had a couple Sony Ericsson CyberShot phones and a Moto Razr spanning another 3 years. That was a total of 6 highly satisfying years of cellular service. Having fulfilled my 2 year agreement for a subsidized iPhone 5, I requested AT&T unlock my device via their website. My request was granted within a few days. All I had to do was connect to iTunes and the rest would be taken care of. Long story short, my iPhone 5 was now factory unlocked and was ready to move to another GSM carrier! I walked into this store and noticed approximately a dozen customers scattered about this retail space. I proceeded towards the very back of the store and was greeted by a gal with a clipboard. She inquired of my name and reason for my visit. I expressed my desire to possibly migrate my service to T-Mobile. I mentioned that I was bringing my own phone and would like my phone number ported over. She made notes and instructed me to patiently wait for my name to be called. Nearly 20 minutes passed before I would hear my name. This wait wasn't frustrating. All associates on the floor were preoccupied with assisting customers. There would also be a few associates coming in to begin their shift, heading straight to their back office but eventually they would make their way out to assist customers on waiting list. I would be assisted by Naty. She provided thorough assistance and made my switch rather quick and painless. Her pleasant demeanor was also well appreciated. Things we accomplished during this visit: - Open a new line of service - Port my existing cellular number - Terminate AT&T service Would I recommend anyone visit this T-Mobile store? Emphatically, yes!!! If you have patience and treat others humanly, the way you'd like to be treated, I trust you will experience a high level of customer service much in the fashion as I had. read more
