One time my camera wouldn't focus, ended up being a bad camera. They order the OEM part in the afternoon and by the next day, my phones cameras were working like the day I got my phone new. Just today my phone turned off by itself and became a brick. It would not power on at all, not even connecting it to iTunes, I was for sure I would be buying a new phone today. But I took my phone in to them and within 10 minutes they had my phone working again!!!! Suddenly, the volume button also stopped working, which meant she couldn't restart the phone at all when the screen froze. We were looking for a bare minimum solution, to have the old phone be functional long enough to transfer her data to a new phone. I called a few places looking for a simple, temporary fix, and luckily found this store. When I explained the situation, they offered to help with the data transfer instead of repairing the older phone. They temporarily installed a working screen on the old phone, let us complete the transfer, and then even swapped the cracked screen back afterward.
