The former Manager Ashley for this T-Mobile store left due to she lived far. She was awesome to say…read morethe least. Went to the Store (next to WAWA) All new people. They had the worst customer service that could be. I went to get another Android cell phone as my Samsung Galaxy 32 was 3 years old and I was having issues with this phone approx 3 years old. We have a senior plan for several years. The so called Manager came out of the closed door and lied to me about a Samsung 14 5G phone and stated it wasn't compatible with our Senior Plan. He wanted to upsell an additional $10 a month for that phone. T-Mobil Customer Care told me the Managers statement was not true the phone was. I happened to get another phone instead. I was refunded $35. for the activation fee due to a "lie" from Customer Care and paid for my new Android phone with them. I totally suggest NOT to go to that T-Mobile as he is a liar. He has ugly beard and appears to be as sloppy as his appearance.

Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

Lighthouse called me 2-3 times a day when I was initially looking for a company to set up phone…read moreservice for my small business. They were very good at following up and scheduling install. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
