Absolutely terrible. Four workers all standing around completely unhelpful. The manager Anna told me I needed to download the "T-life app" to answer my questions and that she wasn't able to look up my account on her end. I ordered a phone there per my warranty and he said because I came passed 7 he wouldn't do my transfer from one phone to another so I was planning on getting an upgrade instead and he said he wouldn't take my phone because it had a small sized piece missing on the back "that showed its guts in the back" well I asked if I could just leave with the phone I ordered with them and had gotten shipped there and he said no wouldn't take my phone.. he suggested I go somewhere else because he didn't want to loose money on sending a phone to the company that is cracked. worst customer service ive ever experienced. Making a purchase at this T-Mobile location was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in recent memory. I knew there was an error (at the fault of the staff) immediately after my purchase and I reached back out to the store, and no help was provided. Fast forward several weeks and countless hours spent on the phone with T-Mobile Customer Care, and my issue still is not resolved. I would give zero stars if I could. I went in the weekend after Thanksgiving because they had some amazing sales going on and I was in need of getting a new phone and hopefully a better plan. I have friends that have T-Mobile who are very happy with their coverage and so I thought I would be making a good choice. Holy cow, was I wrong. When I went in, I made it very clear that I wanted the iPhone 16 Pro 256 GB and the man who was helping me (who I found out later was a trainee), told me that would not be a problem. I also explained what my current plan was with AT&T and that I wanted a comparable plan that I was paying no more than and better yet, less money for the same data and coverage. I was assured that should not be a problem. After I choose my plan which was spelled out to me and went home with my phone, I found out that somehow, I am now paying $20 more per month for my service than at AT&T, and that the phone I'd asked for (a 256 GB) was actually 128 GB. Nobody said a word. When I came back a few days later to bring this to their attention, I once again interacted with the trainee, who assured me swapping out phones at no additional cost would not be an issue. That was incorrect. When I went back into the store (again) to swap out my 128 for a 256 that I was told I would be able to do at no additional charge. After waiting approximately 15 minutes for the manager to come out, he seemed very bothered by the fact that I was there and proceeded to tell me there would be a restocking fee, but when I protested, he said he would waive that, but that there would still be a $100 up charge for the other phone. When I explained to him that I was told that I was able to do that without any additional charge, he said that's not the case. The trainee very sheepishly in the background whispered "sorry" at that point in time I just got up and left. Whether it was a lack of training, or outright deception, my experience has left me incredibly frustrated and feeling like I made a terrible mistake switching to T-Mobile. At least at this particular store. Buyer beware. Consider strongly taking your business elsewhere. Unless you want to be dismissed after they get your sale. Once they get your money, you'll be treated like a nuisance. read more

When you buy a phone you want it to be as painless as possible. That was my experience here. Only thing is, they put on my screen protector for me, and as I type I am looking at this super annoying bubble!! T-Mobile - Shout out T vision - Mobile Phones Near Me - Edgewater, Colorado

I went into my local T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone and had terrible experience. The younger girl associate with long nails and wearing an AirPod while talking to me the whole time did not quote me right on upgrading my iPhone 11 Pro to the iPhone 16 pro. She told me I have to bundle the home WiFi service and said it was required. She didn't look at my phone for trading it in a proceeded to tell me the upgrade was $400 plus dollars with the home WiFi service I specifically said no thank you to. Then I tell her I was in the store a few days ago and was quoted $200 to upgrade. She then told me I'm not making up the numbers and I said no that's too much. She said, well is there anything I can help you out with? And ended the conversation. I went down to the street to a new location and upgraded my phone with no problems and got what I wanted for the price I was first quoted. Such a nasty attitude and doesn't deserve to be working there if she doesn't care to push the products and services of T-Mobile. read more

I went to the store on Saturday for an upgrade. The very nice man (I think I heard someone call him Hugo but I'm not sure) at the store told me I could have an iPhone 12 for about 9-11 dollars down and about $32 a month after that. This sounded like a great deal so I agreed to it. I was then handed over to a female associate and when she was finished calculating everything, she told me I owed about $85. I said I had been promised to pay nearly nothing. So she asked her supervisor, the nice man from before, and he said to make a call to corporate or whatever to get the price down to what he promised. The woman on the phone asked to speak to me directly but she clearly didn't understand the situation. She was extremely confused and took 10 minutes to realize I was calling her from a store. I told her not to call me sir (I'm a trans woman), but she ignored me and continued to call me sir literally less than 30 seconds after me asking her not to. Finally I was so frustrated and humiliated that I hung up and said I would pay the full price. The female associate, who had heard my call, was very helpful and accommodating but continued to call me sir as she rung me up, despite me loudly and clearly telling the woman on the phone not to. So after being promised a down payment of $9-11 I was charged 144.36. Can someone in the store contact me about getting a refund for all the money I paid that I was promised I wouldn't have to? read more

This is the best experience I've had getting a phone ! We were greeted by Ruby and she was amazing and fun and just totally focused on my daughter and I and our needs for new phones. If you want to keep them, you will have to port them to another carrier and then port back to T-Mobile." WTF?! I went home and called T-Mobile. Unable to transfer phone successfully from other carrier and opened two accounts for billing.

I spent about an hour at the store today needing some assistance with my phone. There were 3 staff, and I was the only one in the store. It was obvious they had no interest in helping me. After an hour they said there was nothing they could do. I went home, called T Mobile customer support-which I should have done in the first place. The lady who assisted me was awesome and knew exactly what to do to help me and fixed my problem. I will not be returning to this T mobile location. read more

The guy that works Tuesday afternoons is extremely conceited and really rude. He made me wait until he finished talking about his personal problems to his coworker before he would even greet me. Two employees were there and no one else was in the store. I told him I had a problem with text messaging and he just took my phone and started changing settings. I asked why he needed me to log in w my Apple ID and he said "because I need to." Then I asked what he wanted to do to the phone, and he ignored the question. I took my phone and left. Bunch of liars work here. I asked a question that i kind of knew the answer and was making small talk while was LOOKING at phones. The question was: "When does the BOGO 50% sale end?" All 3 MALE employees looked at each other and came up with the answer "Tonight at midnight" interesting since the promotion just started a few days ago. Then when i said OHHHHH and preceded to walk out they are like so you want me to ring you up. Um no. They are like its a good deal another like it wont be around again (me thinking since this one is still going on, im sure something else will come for presidents day or memorial day, ect... ) I hate being harassed/pressured while Im LOOKING at items to "maybe" purchase. If i want to buy something, i will say hey lets get this right here. SMH If you cant treat the customers with some dignity and display some sort of ethics its not a good look. I will never ever step foot inside this store again. You can say you were "confused" on the question but im not your typical female shopper in electronics. This location doesn't have many stars but I personally have received great service every time I've come here (tmobile customer for 2 years). Two weeks ago I went in to ask about my bill and the staff helped over and above. I left with a lower bill - they suggested my roommate and I combine plans (which I hadn't considered) and both my roommate and I got upgrades that were offered (not asked for). Special shout out to the one female on staff that day who knew the answer to ever question I had and took time to get us fully set up even though she was supposed to be off work 30 min prior. Most recent experience: I'm switching from an Android to the new iPhone S6 and wasn't sure about the transfer. I called to see how long it would take at the store and Frank answered. He heard my needs and gave me the info it would take to do it on my own if I was worried about time. That was exactly what I was asking for! read more

I wish I'd read yelp reviews first. I had a short chat online first to see what kind of deal I'd be getting, or what to expect to pay. Online chat person told me iphone 12 mini was going to be $300 off for me! I'm excited! Rock up to the store (having to put a mask on still, mid-June, is ridiculous). I was upgrading to iphone 12 mini. Ended up with taxes and fees over $900, no $300 off, and Miraya battled for 2 and a half HOURS trying to get my data transferred. HOURS. Also demanded I stay in the store, not go to Target nextdoor, in case they need me. In the end, only a very small fraction of my photos transferred, and absolutely NONE of my text messages. I am probably going to switch carriers, or at least shop around. Miraya was as helpful and diplomatic as she could be, but the guy named Santana rolled his eyes into the back of his head every time she asked for help from him, all because I don't have any apps. Ironically, he was wearing a badge that said "Expert." I could only LOL. I'm extremely deflated from top to bottom, won't be back, and Miraya deserves a raise just for putting up with that smug creature. read more

I have never been treated as bad as costomer before in my life! If you go to this store avoid dealing with Laura at all costs!!! First she lied to me saying I had to get 2 accesorys, then she couldnt tansfer my data and said it would tranfer over automatically. When I went back to get my contacts off my old phone she acted like it was a inconvenience and pretty much acted like it was my falt. They didnt have the machine to transfer the data from my old phone and they said they would get one by Wednesday. Laura told me they sent the old phones in on monday so I thought I had till the weekend to go back and get my pictures and other data off my phone. They had already sent it in!!! Laura then had the nerve to be totaly rude and unapologetic blaming me for not coming in earlyer than when she said they would have the phone till. Basicly this was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer!!! Do not go to this store if you want a plesent prfetional experience!!! read more
