I need it to work absolutely all the time, and for my application I need just as much upload bandwidth as download. I contacted half a dozen vendors before I discovered wave.band. The others were a waste of my time. The sales people didn't know anything, didn't understand what I wanted, and kept trying to sell me things that I didn't want to buy. No, I don't want HBO Max bundled with my business internet. The representative I dealt with at wave.band was wonderful. He worked with me for weeks to research possibilities, found two solid options, and stayed with me while we jointly explored the pricing and schedule. He helped me deal with the site inspection, the installers, and even the billing. I literally could not have done it without them. Wave.band is not just "an ISP".
