The worst customer service ever at the T Mobile in Desoto offI 35.Thefemale manager named Shamayia was so unprofessional and was not doing much, most of the time she was in the back. After almost waiting 2 hours an agent named BIANCA was supposed to help me, I told her This T mobile is slow and she got the rudest attitude with me and told me I can go to another store and walk away saying she won't help me, the manager also said since I said it's slow I need to wait longer, she ordered the agents to keep skipping me for the longest. Finally a young black man named Sarkley passed by me and i asked him why I was being skipped and he helped but went to talk to BIANCA first to ask something and he said I will be charged $10 to put a SIM on my phone. It never happened before.T mobile never charged me to for a SIM, I paid it anyway . We give over $300 to T mobile every month for their service but the way I was treated yesterday makes me want to change provider 0/10. I m a faithful client and deserve respect. When I Asked BIANCA for her name she was being smart telling me DO YOU WANT ME TO SPELL IT FOR YOU in a funny way, just childish, unprofessional and childish. So on last week on Saturday I went to the Mesquite T-Mobile inside the Town East Mall that is a corporate store. Today I decided to exchange two of the 6 lines I brought over from Sprint. So I called this location and ask if it was a corporate store and was told yes by a person named Ureil and was told to just bring the phones and the boxes. When I went in I was greated by Shavon the manager on duty and she took my name and was told two people were ahead of me. All I see is the manager standing there not doing anything. So the same guy I spoke with over the phone is the same person that attends to me. Then he ask for all my info and tells me that I have to go back to the store I got the phones from. That if I wanted to return them I could but if I wanted to exchange I needed a receipt so I asked what was the difference of exchange and return. He got up and ask the manager what to do and I could hear her plain as day that I could return got not exchange because it would throw off her number's for her store. At this time I asked for the district managers phone number and she told me to call corporate if I wanted by she would not give me the DM number. I'm a new customer to T-Mobile and I'm really thinking about going back to Sprint. If you get this service in a store what will I get in the long run. Please get a new manager that cares about the customer not just only about numbers. I will not return to this location and will put this on all social media. Went in to get a warranty exchange. Walk in no hi welcome to T-Mobile. Waited 30 min and someone came asking people thier name. Skip me and I had acknowledge that no one ask my name, she then tells me there are two people in front of me even when I told her I had been before the other people. No friendly customer service at, associate walk around like they doing something on the tablet and then walk to back or you had one on the store phone I guess claiming to talk to customer service but wasn't assisting a customer, or you had two associate with one customer. Never will I go back. Its a shame I live in desoto a.d have to drive to cedar hill to get customer service. read more

This store employees criminals. Beware if you do an upgrade and trade in your current phone. It will somehow get lost (stolen) and they will tell you that you never gave them the phone and you get stuck paying for it. This happened to me twice and all they say is we will research and come back saying they found nothing in the system. My advice is to go somewhere else. read more
