The first time I was told I didn't arrive with enough time to do the data transfer and they needed at least one hour. So I went back with over 2hours before closing and was told again I didn't arrive with enough time to do the data transfer. I'm done with T-mobile. These 5 stars belong entirely to Mr. Andy K. He was so pleasant, helpful, effective and efficient. My husband I cam to this location for service after leaving the Mitchellville plaza location underserved and disappointed. The difference in service is like night and day. I usually don't like coming to Woodmore Crossing because of the congestion and the traffic circles but if this is the attention I can expect to receive it is well worth it. read more

We spoke to a lady who not even give us her name. She was latina and when we asked for help all she did was point us in the direction, when we asked her about the specifics of the phone, she stayed seated and kept scrolling on her own phone. Then when we finally complained to her about how she was being very disrespectful and ageist, she acted like she didn't care whether she could help us or not. Poor service. Chris was very confrontational causing me to need to drive to another store to take care of a simple exchange.

This store made a huge error and considered my reaction to the privacy violation, a legal issue by the way, as overacting. The employee connected my new SIM card to someone else's phone number, and I received all of their PRIVATE information and calls on my phone. The store manager refused to return my call, and the assistant manager refused my request to have the District Manager return the call. They are incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, insensitive, and down right Nasty. You'd think someone would at least apologize and make a sincere effort to right the wrong. I had to contact customer service to get the issue resolved, and file a complaint with the corporate office. AVOID THE HEADACHE. Just not worth the time to support these folks. read more

BLUF: Yo... this location is HORRIBLEEEEEE. Save yourself, cross a bridge, go elsewhere. I was in the area meeting a friend for dinner so I decided to drop off a signal booster T-Mobile sent me three years ago and I've since been toting around in my car. I walk in and the stench of misery hit me in the face. Okay it wasn't a stench but there were about 15-20 unhappy looking people in various stages of discontent. I settled next to, who I would soon find out was the MOST discontent of the discontent, and after about five minutes of waiting I asked if there was some sort of check-in list. I could not spot the employees in the sea of despondent customers. No brightly lit number signifying a place in line, no bright iPad to check-in. We were in purgatory. Finally someone exits the back room: "Someone will be right with you!" to which I respond "I just need to drop something off" and that's when my neighbor speaks. I think I heard something about slow singing and flower bringing if I was seen first. I'm not sure as it was mumbled but trust me I felt that energy. I said I understood, made some jokes and fiddled with my iPhone 7 which I will absolutely never upgrade if I must deal with a T-Mobile brick and mortar store front again. After about maybe 6 more minutes I departed. The signal booster, which although useless was more useful than the attendants at this store, still in tow. I will drop it off in Virginia. Sadly Maryland (specifically PG) gets the short end of the stick in a lot of things and this understaffed store is one of them. read more

So usually when you go to a cell phone retailer, you either have a really good experience or a really bad experience. I have to say this particular location gave my husband and myself a great experience. When we walked in Friday night, they were pretty slow, so were greeted and helped right away. Arie was our representative and he was great. My husband explained what we were looking for and what we were trying to do and Arie was so patient and took his time with us and everything. We asked him so many questions and not once did he get frustrated. We even made him late for a movie with his family and he called his family to get a later time. Talk about dedication! We ended up walking out with 2 new phones at a great price and smiles on our faces. My husband and I spent about a hour and half here and between Arie there helping us and the manager keeping us entertained a long with the other 2 associates, we really enjoyed our experience here. I think this location deserves a raise! read more

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a cell phone store! Even watched a couple movies on the new Layer3 TV! My partner and I were kinda bummed about wasting all Saturday afternoon there (over two hours switching over from Sprint), but we left the store extremely satisfied with our decision. Couldn't be happier to be a new T-Mobile customer! Hervenchee Esperance, the resident Apple master, was awesome. Super knowledgeable, super helpful, with the patience of a grandparent! He deserves some sort of promotion or raise - I'm serious. His unbiased expertise of T-Mobile as a company was helpful and quite impressive. I learned a lot that day. Upon entering the store, I was never greeted by any employees besides the African-American employees. I came in to purchase an accessory. I sat and waited approximately 15 mins to be serviced. I began to notice that the Caucasian and non-black customers were being serviced by the Caucasian and non-black employees on one side of the store, and the African-American customers being serviced by the African-American employees in the opposite side of the store. As I stated, I had sat and waited for approximately 15 mins, when all of a sudden, Caucasian customers walked in and were instantaneously greeted by the Caucasian and non-black employees and are told that they would be serviced immediately. Again, these same employees never greeted me or addressed me when I entered and as I sat not even 5 feet away from them, yet offered this to the Caucasian customers as soon as they entered. The only person who addressed my concerns was employee Omar who assured me that I would be serviced and took care of me. If it weren't for him, I would not spend money in this location. I will follow this up with an email to T-Mobile Customer Relations. Horrible experience to say the least and was quite embarrassing. read more

This store sold an Iphone to somebody and charged it to my account. Beware they do not check ID'S so anybody's can walk into this store give them anybody's account information and make changes or add equipment to your account without your authorization, when it is clear in your account that the primary account holder is the only one that can authorize changes. read more

Zero star rating this store is terrible. The employees are trash. They have an excuse for everything. If your in need of a Tmobile store i suggest you travel 5 more mins down the street to the Blvd location read more
