My wife went down today to upgrade our daughter's phone. Simple process, not too much trouble. BUT,…read morewhile there the young man assisting her tells her about a new promotion (every time we go in there's a new one) to get one of the new Samsung watches for $5.00 a month! He was so excited. My wife called me and I heard him over the phone, he was jabbering so much I could barely hear what she was saying. But the gist was we pay the taxes on the watch plus $5.00 a month to get the watch. So she goes through the whole drawn out process, and it always takes a long time at this store, they have absolutely no concept of the value of a customer's time; only to get to the time to pay the bill and it's almost $500.00! My wife by now is starting to get frustrated, normal at this point of any transaction at this store because you've been there so long; and asks what the problem is. She learns NOW that the $5.00 is the monthly service charge and she has to pay $400.00 for the watch. She now starts yelling because it's been well over 2 hours and she had better things to do with her Friday afternoon. The manager comes over and asks what the problem is, she tells him this is the first she hears about the $400.00 and he replies that he just can't give her a free watch, but the monthly payments will only be $19.00 a month. My wife is pretty much screaming by now as she learns that the new sales associate she''s been dealing with has only been told about the $5.00 promo but not the "rest of the story". He is actually as stunned as my wife is about paying the $400.00 for the watch. The manager pretty much shrugs the mistake off, he does apologize and ask my wife if she still wants the watch. She says no so now they must go through the laborious process of cancelling everything they've just done which takes even more time. The manager makes a feeble attempt to correct their error by giving my wife a phone case for the new phone but too little too late. By the time they are done she is shaking with fury, her stomach is twisted in knots, and it's been over 3 HOURS since she entered the store. We've gone to other stores and had better service but this one is closest to us and even though we've seen many different managers there the service never seems to get any better. I'd try to contact corporate about this but feel like I'd only be wasting more time. T-Mobile has good phone service, but their customer service at THIS location leaves much to be desired. My advice is to visit another store. WELL! The next evening my wife starts to show our daughter some of the features on her new phone plus set it up for her use and lo and behold, the mini SD card that she specifically asked to be switched to the new phone and was assured by a staff member at this store that it was being done at that very moment, was NOT in the new phone! She called the store at 8:45 PM and spoke with the "manager" on duty, explained the situation and he tried to locate the old phone. After a few minutes he returned as said it appeared that it had already been boxed up to be sent back and he would have to open the boxes to find it and that he would do that and would call her back the next day, which was Sunday. Sunday came and went and no call was received. Monday morning my wife calls the store once again and spoke with Jack, the manager of the store. I listened to the conversation and he basically accused my wife alternately of being a thief or an idiot, take your pick. "Are you SURE you didn't take your old phone home with you? It's probably still in there." My wife has the store receipt showing the trade in of the phone for the whopping sum of $16.59. This goes on for several minutes as he tries to convince my wife that she's taken the old phone home and just forgot she did. And it turns out that the phone has already been shipped off so there is no hope for retrieving any of the data on the now lost mini SD card. Which either wasn't taken out of the old phone when she was told that it WAS being done at that very moment, OR, the staff member that transferred the date from the old phone to the new one simply pocketed the mini SD card for their own use which would be my guess. My wife asked the manager to replace the card but he refused, stating that he had already given her a $40.00 phone case (available on Amazon for $10.00) that was coming out of his paycheck and he wasn't going to give her anything else. She reminded him that the phone case was given for the 3 hours of extremely poor customer service the day she got the new phone. He still refused to do anything further, stating it was her responsibility to make sure the card was in the phone before she left the store. She once again reminded him that she specifically asked that it be swapped to the new phone and had been told it was being done but he insisted it was her fault. Great customer service eh? I could go on but I think you get the picture. I'm trying their corporate office next.

I just wanted the disc drive replaced so I could play my disc games. Got it back, still didn't work 1st disc I put in is still in there. I took it back in 'to bad so sad.' Is what I was told, they did not offer to DO ANYTHING. I asked for an invoice of the disc drive they purchased for my Xbox. I was shown an invoice for a disc drive on EBAY. Seriously? They bought a part from an unknown vendor & cant provide me with any kind if serial number, part number or item number. They could have offered to open it up & re-look at it. But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it. We have 2 cell phones that need repairs that I WILL NOT BE TAKING THERE.

Fraudulent store! Will lie to you 100% I was recently…read moremarried last year and in November my husband and I decided it was time to get on a family phone plan. I was with Verizon with 2 kids and he was with T-Mobile with two kids. We also priced out AT&T for what deals they had at that time. Both Verizon and T-Mobile were offering a *free* iPhone 15 with eligible iPhone trade in- well up to $830 off the new iPhone per line. After pricing it out for our 6 lines combined- T-Mobile was about $50 cheaper bill total monthly so we decided on T-Mobile. We were working with the store manager Jeremy the first day we were in the store in November. Jeremy promised us an $830 credit per line with eligible trade in and for my son's line up to $830 I believe Visa card for the remaining payoff amount I would own to Verizon (he had a newer iPhone that I was required to pay the remaining contract balance of the phone for leaving Verizon early). He also told me that after 3 months of being with T-Mobile my son would be eligible for $830 off any iPhone with trade in of his iPhone 14. We were at the store over 3 hours that day making the switch. My daughter traded in her phone that day and got the iPhone 15. Jeremy brought my son's line over and told me I would just need to bring in the final bill from Verizon when I received it so he could put in the credit for the Visa card to be mailed to me. I got an iPhone 15 pro that day but my iCloud wasn't fully up to date to leave my trade in phone that day so Jeremy told me I had 30 days to bring it in. My husband's son also traded in his phone for an iPhone 15. I paid the taxes for the 3 new phones and the additional amount for my iPhone pro (amount over the $830 credit I was promised) and left the store. We were also given a charger and screen protector that we were told was "included with the phone". A couple weeks later in December before my 30 day limit, I brought my trade in iPhone to the store- Jeremy was once again in the store, greeted me and remembered me from our last visit, and brought up my account. He told me that because we brought over 3 lines to T-Mobile, one of the lines got a phone for free up to $830 and since I already paid the difference of my iPhone pro, the remaining $830 balance was free! I said that's not what you told me when we transferred over so I want to make sure that is correct because I have my trade in phone here now and the 30 days is almost up. Jeremy told me I had nothing to worry about and he could see the credit on my account and it just takes 2-3 billing cycles to apply and I would be credited any phone charges after the credit applied. I asked him at least 3 more times if he was positive he did NOT need my phone traded in and he stated there was no where to even accept the trade in on my account bc I already had the $830 phone credit on my line. So happily took the deal and left. In January I look at my bill and I'm still being charged for my phone. And I'm being charged for the chargers and screen protectors they gave as in November that they said were "included with the phone." Do I went back to that store, unfortunately Jeremy was not there but Payton the assistant manager was and she said she remembered me and pulled up my account. She couldn't figure out why I was being charged for my phone and took pictures of my documents with their store iPad. I also provided my Verizon final bill with my son's phone balance amount so I could get that Visa card mailed to me. Payton told me she would talk to Jeremy when he got in and have him call me. I also asked why I was being charged for the included chargers and screen protectors and she said they weren't free but would be charged to our account over 12 months! I said I was told they were included and she said no they aren't free, they just spread out the cost so I don't have to pay upfront. I said that is NOT what I was told and I would NOT have taken them had I known how much they cost. And no one ever even said a price! How could I be charged for something I was never even told an amount?? I said I haven't even touched any of them, they were still in the he T-Mobile bag I left with unopened and I wanted to return them because I did not agree to that. She said I only had 14 days to return them and there was nothing she could do but she'd also let Jeremy know. Continued in photos!!
