After several hours I was told there was nothing they could do to set the account up. He had already charged me taxes on two new devices. Totalling $148.36. Which was apparently supposed to be done after the account is set up. He supposedly ran a refund that I have not recieved. After several weeks I thought it was strange it hadn't posted. I contacted the store and was told the big manager would take care of it and be contacting me. Been another couple weeks now. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and dealt with tons of different reps. Because the charge was made in store, they are unable to processa refund. I've been told multiple times by Christopher as well as a Cody that the manager would be contacting me immediately only to never be contacted. I now have to go in and a rep that I've been working with will call while I am there in order to get them on the phone and get this issue resolved. I have filed complaints with BBB as well as Consumer Protection on this business. I will also be submitting a complaint to AT&T. Giving me my refund really does not need to be this difficult.

It didn't help at all. It just says call failed. Sometimes I can get on a call for a few minutes but it cuts out until it finally fails. Wally wouldn't help me since I am authorized user on the plan under my nickname and not the name on my license. Then he said he can do nothing to help me. He called over a friend and they talked about it for awhile and then he started asking me "what's even wrong with the phone? Why are you here?" It was personalized with my name and so I now have a 400 dollar paper weight. wait it gets better (we offer a lifetime warranty for our repairs) a lifetime of broken ipad mini 4 doesn't sound very fun to me. They bought a part from an unknown vendor & cant provide me with any kind if serial number, part number or item number. They could have offered to open it up & re-look at it. But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it.
