They helped walk me through the process start to finish in switch my line from Verizon. They provided me with options and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting what I needed and not just what they wanted to sell. Highly Highly recommend this store! Ask for Jeremy or Gary. You will not be disappointed!

Fraudulent store! Will lie to you 100% I was recently…read moremarried last year and in November my husband and I decided it was time to get on a family phone plan. I was with Verizon with 2 kids and he was with T-Mobile with two kids. We also priced out AT&T for what deals they had at that time. Both Verizon and T-Mobile were offering a *free* iPhone 15 with eligible iPhone trade in- well up to $830 off the new iPhone per line. After pricing it out for our 6 lines combined- T-Mobile was about $50 cheaper bill total monthly so we decided on T-Mobile. We were working with the store manager Jeremy the first day we were in the store in November. Jeremy promised us an $830 credit per line with eligible trade in and for my son's line up to $830 I believe Visa card for the remaining payoff amount I would own to Verizon (he had a newer iPhone that I was required to pay the remaining contract balance of the phone for leaving Verizon early). He also told me that after 3 months of being with T-Mobile my son would be eligible for $830 off any iPhone with trade in of his iPhone 14. We were at the store over 3 hours that day making the switch. My daughter traded in her phone that day and got the iPhone 15. Jeremy brought my son's line over and told me I would just need to bring in the final bill from Verizon when I received it so he could put in the credit for the Visa card to be mailed to me. I got an iPhone 15 pro that day but my iCloud wasn't fully up to date to leave my trade in phone that day so Jeremy told me I had 30 days to bring it in. My husband's son also traded in his phone for an iPhone 15. I paid the taxes for the 3 new phones and the additional amount for my iPhone pro (amount over the $830 credit I was promised) and left the store. We were also given a charger and screen protector that we were told was "included with the phone". A couple weeks later in December before my 30 day limit, I brought my trade in iPhone to the store- Jeremy was once again in the store, greeted me and remembered me from our last visit, and brought up my account. He told me that because we brought over 3 lines to T-Mobile, one of the lines got a phone for free up to $830 and since I already paid the difference of my iPhone pro, the remaining $830 balance was free! I said that's not what you told me when we transferred over so I want to make sure that is correct because I have my trade in phone here now and the 30 days is almost up. Jeremy told me I had nothing to worry about and he could see the credit on my account and it just takes 2-3 billing cycles to apply and I would be credited any phone charges after the credit applied. I asked him at least 3 more times if he was positive he did NOT need my phone traded in and he stated there was no where to even accept the trade in on my account bc I already had the $830 phone credit on my line. So happily took the deal and left. In January I look at my bill and I'm still being charged for my phone. And I'm being charged for the chargers and screen protectors they gave as in November that they said were "included with the phone." Do I went back to that store, unfortunately Jeremy was not there but Payton the assistant manager was and she said she remembered me and pulled up my account. She couldn't figure out why I was being charged for my phone and took pictures of my documents with their store iPad. I also provided my Verizon final bill with my son's phone balance amount so I could get that Visa card mailed to me. Payton told me she would talk to Jeremy when he got in and have him call me. I also asked why I was being charged for the included chargers and screen protectors and she said they weren't free but would be charged to our account over 12 months! I said I was told they were included and she said no they aren't free, they just spread out the cost so I don't have to pay upfront. I said that is NOT what I was told and I would NOT have taken them had I known how much they cost. And no one ever even said a price! How could I be charged for something I was never even told an amount?? I said I haven't even touched any of them, they were still in the he T-Mobile bag I left with unopened and I wanted to return them because I did not agree to that. She said I only had 14 days to return them and there was nothing she could do but she'd also let Jeremy know. Continued in photos!!

My bill increased 50% at the end of the period. A year later update, after being without service for two days now my Linksys modem and TP Link router won't work. Comcast referred me to Linksys after an hour on the phone and Linksys says there is nothing they can do if I can't hard wire my computer to the modem. Time to change providers and equipment. Next day. I made one last call to cancel service and happened to get a technician in Denver who wanted to send a technician to my home. That person showed on time the next day to test my modem and router. He disconnected the coaxial wire from the modem to hook it to a modem he brought to see if there was a signal; and there was. Then he tested the router, hooking it to his modem. The router worked. He went to the truck to get a rental modem which I had 30 days to return without charge while I purchased a new one. Before doing that he happened to reconnect the coax to the old modem and went out to his truck. When he returned the old modem was now working for the first time since the internet outage, probably because of the coax disconnect and reconnect.

I have had multiple terrible experiences at this location, but my most recent visit was the absolute breaking point. I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro in January from them a phone that costs well over $1,000.00, and it has broken down repeatedly. Leaving me with out service many times for days at a time. (I did end up going to the Riverdale Xfinity store after this, and when they deemed the phone defective and activated service on my other phone and advised I make an insurance claim with respect and kindness, I found it even more frustrating that I did not receive any solution in the Layton store closer to my house.) All I asked for was them to fix the defective phone they sold me, or simply swap my active service over to the backup iPhone so I wouldn't be left disconnected. Instead of doing their jobs, the staff was extremely rude right out of the gate. To make it worse, I pay for insurance through Xfinity. Yet this woman didn't offer a single solution. Her brilliant answer was to tell me to take it to an Apple store, which is what they did last time, and I had to pay someone else to fix the phone previously. Why would I go to an Apple store where I did not purchase the phone from? So they can charge me for fixing it? I advised her of this or attempted to before she cut me off with "Well, we cant do a return, we cant do an exchange, and we cant help you now get out of my store." Wow, really, you cant help me with a $1,000.00 phone I bought from you in January? You cant help a customer who pays every month and carries insurance. Who can you help? Little did these employees know I was already living through a nightmare that day; my friend's son was in the ICU on a ventilator from a drowning accident, and I desperately needed a working phone for updates and support. Despite being completely overwhelmed and upset by my personal situation, I started out patient, but as the interaction went on, the staff's attitude only got nastier and ruder. When I finally matched their energy and got upset at how poorly I was being treated, a woman working there actually had the audacity to threaten to call the police on me and have me trespassed from the store. Threatening a paying customer with law enforcement because your store sold a defective phone for $1,000.00 + product, and your staff lacks basic human empathy is utterly PATHETIC! It feels like this place is run by a bunch of untrained, rude teenagers who have absolutely no idea how to treat people with professional courtesy or respect. I even advised that young lady "I am a frustrated customer, put yourself in my shoes for 2 seconds and imagine how I feel. Please don't take it personally; I just really need access to a phone." I'm allowed to have an upset tone without being threatened with police. I was not threatening or cursing at them. There seriously needs to be a corporate-level investigation into this building and the sheer volume of complaints coming out of this store. They treated me like a criminal for wanting the phone service I pay for actually to work during a critical family emergency! It is sickening! SAVE yourself the headache and LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. 0/10!!!! The customer service over the phone is not any better. I will NEVER DEAL WITH XFINITY IN ANY CAPACITY AGAIN!!!
