Wally wouldn't help me since I am authorized user on the plan under my nickname and not the name on my license. Then he said he can do nothing to help me. He called over a friend and they talked about it for awhile and then he started asking me "what's even wrong with the phone? Why are you here?" So we will have to take that little gem at face value and talk about the things we DO know. First, they build a great computer for a guy like me. Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. They do it what I believe to be a reasonable price and I have never left unhappy about my purchases. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.

However, after wrestling with multiple issues in trying to set up the new service on the new phone, and when it appeared that neither the vendor nor the new service provider were going to be able to help me, I thought about trying to get help from the Tricked Out store in Ogden since I was so satisfied with the service they provided when I brought my MacBook in for a new battery to be installed. I called Tricked Out in Ogden and spoke with an employee named Korben who said that while Tricked Out doesn't offer cell phone provider set up service, he would be happy to see if he could help me in that process and that there would be no charge for his help. The next day I went to Tricked Out and Korben did proceed to try and help me. He literally spent over 2 hours working on my set up service issues while also occasionally attending to customers. His efficiency and tech knowledge/ability in helping me and with serving occasional customers was amazing. He was finally able to connect the newly purchased iPhone to the new service, and I left being incredibly thankful for his help. However, the next day I began having trouble with the new iPhone and the service, both the cell and wireless services. So, I called Tricked Out and asked Korben if he would mind helping me again and he responded that he wouldn't mind and directed me to come into the Ogden store the next day as it was late when I called. I went to Tricked Out as directed, and Korben again proceeded to work diligently in trying to resolve the issues I was experiencing with the phone. However, after spending another couple hours trying to resolve the new problems, it appeared the connecting process could not be accomplished despite also working with an online service provider support person. We came to a conclusion that the problems being experienced were a result of problems with the so-called refurbished phone. That conclusion was easily confirmed when Korben was able to easily set up the new provider service on my old iPhone within a very short period of time with the new service that is working just fine. Therefore, I was able to return the newly acquired and the reconditioned iPhone to the vendor with a full refund, Needless to say, I cannot say enough about what a terrific employee and person Korben is at the New Gate Mall Tricked Out store! Accordingly, I would highly recommend the Tricked Out store at New Gate Mall in Ogden to anyone needing the accessories/services they offer. And, specifically, I would also highly recommend their employee, Korben, who obviously will go the extra mile to provide Tricked Out customers with extraordinary service and in the most kind and generous way. I woke up to my Samsung Galaxy Nexus doing some crazyiness so I pulled my battery after that the phone would not boot up past the "google" logo. I tried pulling the battery mulitple times, fast boot, recovery mode, clearing the cache, and wiping the phone. Nothing worked. I first went to Verizon to see what they could do. All they wanted me to do was upgrade my phone for an extra $10/month for 2 years, $30 upgrade fee, and $99 for the phone itself. There was not way I was paying $370 for a new phone if I could possible get it fixed so I went to Prestige. The owner was going to attempt to reflash my phone and told me if it doesn't fix there would be no charge for service. So I let him try it out. About an hour later he called me and told me he found a parts phone and whether or not I wanted to wait for the flash or he'll just replace the motherboard. So I had him go ahead with the replacement since he was only going to charge $10 more than the reflash. About 4 hours later he called that the phone is good to go. So I got my phone fixed fast and for about the price of a new video game. Awesome service! Thanks Russ.
