Overall, I had to give T-Mobile one less star because none of the stores had the phone I wanted in stock (iPhone 7 plus, silver 256g). We desperately needed to switch over to T-Mobile because of their unlimited data (we went over our data by A LOT on our old service). The first T-Mobile store we went to took forever to switch us over and gave my boyfriend the wrong color iPhone, which he just kept because we probably will upgrade when the new iPhone comes out. He didn't notice until after we left the store because he had to get the account number for our old carrier. We went to this location the next day because they had an iPhone 7 plus 256g, and I didn't want to wait for a "special order" for the color I wanted because I was over our old carrier. The store manager, Vernon, was very friendly and extremely helpful and made everything so easy for us. I wish we had gone to this location first because then we would have had a better start with T-Mobile. We will definitely go back to see Vernon in the future! read more

I wish I listened to the reviews!! But since I live close by, I figured to give it a try. I went on a Saturday and since it was one of the first few days the new iPhones came out, it was pretty busy. I understood and patiently waited. Due to the amount of people inside and the amount of workers, there was a wait outside, where you signed in and could help yourself to some refreshments and snacks. I waited probably 10-15 minutes or so, not too bad. As soon as I got in, I was assisted with my order. I was told that our family plan could save money BUT, realized I couldn't (talk about false hope! Please don't inform your customers if you're not 100% sure). Okay, so skipping towards the end, I ordered a iPhone 5s (GOLD) which is backordered. The email wasn't able to send right away in the store, and I needed an "electronic signature" for my order to go through, the manager told me to wait couple hours or so and to do it ASAP or else it'll cancel my order. Later on that night, I checked but there wasn't any way to do an e-signature! The next day, I called the store, I spoke to a worker about the e-signature problem I was having. Since I wasn't in the area, I forwarded two of the emails I received from T-Mobile the night before so she could see what was sent and help me. She told me it would be fine and it went through but to keep my emails just in case. Thinking everything was okay, it was great not to worry about it anymore! THEN, I checked my email hours later, the worker emailed me saying to double confirm my order and call customer care. *Sigggggggghhh.... (ANOTHER FALSE HOPE). This morning (MONDAY) I received a call from T-mobile saying I need a electronic signature within 48 HOURS of my purchase or else it'll be cancelled. The most worst place so far i have been. Their customer service is only good for "Hello welcome to t mobile" rest all crap. They don"t want to face problem what customer is going through just keep repeating same thing over and over again. I went there couple days ago to get my free Sim card changed and talking to t mobile over phone all night. This guy working there is not talking about changing my sim card instead he is like this iphone does not belong to T mobile. I told him i talk to T mobile over phone last night and they put the memo but he disregard the memo and i had no choice i didn't know what was going so i came home and call T mobile and found out it does belong to t mobile and went back very next day and another girl working there took me and explain what happen. she goes to the guy early day i talk to and comes back with the same thing that i phone doesnot belong to t mobile after i told her whole story and told there is a memo in my account for the warranty exchange. she is like there is not then i got little pissed and told her your computer is not working then later she is like Ohh i see your memo. again looks at phone and say It doesnot belong to t mobile IMEI doesnot match up then i told her call cutomer service and she called and found out phone belong to t mobile and IMEI match up as well. Now she comes to me again and she is like there will be charge for the process i was like ok i know i have talk to over night and they have waive my process charge. she is again are you sure you want to do they will charge you. " Cant she understand the costumer problem the phone is not working at all HElloooo" I told her dont worry about the charger i will take care about it. and she goes back to her manager standing in store who didnt even come to me and what is going on. AS if i have to make appointment to take about my phone issue. this girl comes back to me and start checking the cell and try to restart to make it work over again. I am disappointed in t-mobile, Mililani. Ive been a loyal customer for a couple of years now. Incident: My phone, which was only about 5 months old at the time, wasnt charging so I took it in to replace it/ or get it fixed. When I took it in, one of the associates told me that it looked like that there was damage on the phones "camera" and because of this they would have to send the phone to the mainland to be reviewed by someone who would determine if t-mobile would be able to fix the phone-under warranty. If the phone was not "replaceable" then I would have to pay a $150 insurance claim to have it replaced. The proposed $150 dollar charge was due to the fact that I had purchased insurance on the phone. If I hadnt, then I would be expected to buy a new phone at full price. What!? I mentioned to the assoc that 1) I saw no damage to the camera and 2) my concern was not about the camera but about the phone being unable to charge. I was told, in a very condescending way and disrespectful tone that they could do nothing but send the phone away to be reviewed. My retort was that the phone was unable to recharge and I simply needed it that issue to be addressed. The $150 charge and the disrespectful tone of the associates (yes, another equally as disrespectful associate jumped into the discussion, both of whom seemed to be making up "policies" as our discussion progressed) was unacceptable. I asked to speak to the store manager and I was told that "she" was not on duty. Fine. And during our discussion, one of the associates went into a back room for about a minute and came back and said she had spoken to the store manager and the manager had stated that they would not be able to repair my phones charger, at all, because of the proposed damage to the "camera". This was ridiculous. The warranty policy seemed to change in a minute??? I felt like I was being lied to and treated like an idiot. Im not the smartest guy, but I do have a PhD. Regardless, however, no one deserves to be disrespected and lied to. Cmon t-mobile. Im still holding a phone that doesnt charge and will not renew with t-mobile. Don't Shop here unless you're a T mobile customer. They wouldn't take a defective case back (even in exchange) - claiming it was dirty and brown- demonstrating their lack of knowledge about their own stock. It was the brown / gold iPhone 6 plus case: it was SUPPOSED to be that color. I asked to speak to the Manager, the guy said, "I am the Manager," and I said, "So you guys are okay with dissatisfied customers?" To which he replied, "Okay, let me get the store manager." WTF? I don't appreciate being told I'm a liar (about the color of the damaged case) and I don't appreciate being lied to about who the manager is. For all I know, the lady he got wasn't even the manager. Turns out the case was past the 30 day return window, which would have been fine if I had been provided a receipt at checkout and had known that. When I bought it I was told if there were any issues (no time limit given) that they could look up my receipt based on my card. Pure shit customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Would it have killed them to uexchange it and send it back to the company? No. It would have been a write-off and just another day in the biz. But for me, it was reason enough to never set foot in that store again. That is, unless they rectify this in a timely manner. read more

My family went to this T-Mobile location last week to inquire about upgrading and adding data plan to our existing T-Mobile phone plan. The lady who helped us was very friendly, so I don't have problem with the service we received. She did her job and explained their new Jump program. But after finding out that in order to upgrade our regular phones to smart phones, we will eventually end up paying almost $2,000 for 3 new phones. I thanked her for explaining their new phone pricing strategy and I told her we will be changing carriers. Today when my family and I were at Sprint getting our new iPhones, we were asked by the Sprint sales rep to call T-mobile and close the T-Mobile account. To my surprise, the customer rep over the phone told me that I will be charged $600 in early cancellation fees. They claimed that we had renewed our contract with them last June, so we must keep our T-Mobile plan to avoid penalties. This is what happened last year. I had gone to this same Mililani T-Mobile store last June to cancel my son's phone. The store rep had suggested that we keep the phone so my son can use it in case of emergency and she will discount our plan by $10 per month. She explained that by doing this, it would have the same pricing effect as cancelling my son's phone and only paying a monthly plan for 2 phones. She even reassured me that this discount would not affect our contract as I explained both my and my wife's phone are over 5 years old and I do not want to be tied down to a 2 year contract renewal. She told me not to worry as she is able to offer us this $10 discount on my son's phone for being a long time customer. This made me extra furious today when I found out this discount they offered me had indeed renewed my contract, and now T-Mobile is forcing me to pay $600 to close my account. Any reasonable person can see that had I known that my contract would be renewed for another 2 years, it would be best for me to just cancel my son's phone last June as I had originally intended. T-Mobile knows this to be true because if they had checked my son's phone record, they will discover that no calls were made during this past 13 months. To top things off, today the telephone rep at T-Mobile told me I can avoid the early termination penalty by staying with T-Mobile. But I explained that it is too late because Sprint had already opened and programmed 3 new iPhones for my family and it would not be right if I told the Sprint store rep we do not want the phones anymore. She suggested I should take advantage of Sprint's return policy by citing buyer's remorse. The funny thing is after this ordeal, my only remorse I have is having been a loyal customer with T-Mobile for more than a decade. My wife and I decided not to stay with T-Mobile because any company that would take $600 of their customer's hard earned money after tricking them into a 2 year contract renewal is not a company we would ever want to be associated with. You can guarantee that our family will never go back to T-Mobile and we will do our very best to warn friends and family not to do business this company. read more

I was greeted and helped by Brittany and just all around she made me feel very comfortable and she was not pushy. She let me know about the current promotions going on and let me know that I was eligible to receive an upgrade. Although I didn't want to upgrade my phone originally,she let me know why an upgrade would be suitable for me. She upgraded me to an s6 from a S3 and she was right! The phone is great. She listened very well and I did not have to repeat anything. BRITTANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I walked into this location without high hopes. I called T-Mobile Customer Service the night before to see what my options were and could not get a straight answer from 2 different employees. One employee said I was not eligible for an upgrade/replacement phone and the other said I was. After about an hour I told them I would just go into a retail store in the morning. Following morning I walked in and found out a claim had been filed when I did not ask them to do that. Tyler was my hero that day! He not only got the issue resolved, gave me my upgrade/replacement phone but he did it in less than an hour so i could catch my flight back home! I was so happy I literally hugged him in the store. Gladys Sacramento is, by far, THE best employee there. If she is not in, I'll come back! She is courteous, friendly, explains what she's doing each step of the way so that I WILL KNOW HOW TO AVOID OR TROUBLESHOOT ON MY OWN. THAT should be the goal of every employee who is supposed to help the customer. She recommends---without any High -pitched sales- something she thinks I might purchase, and I appreciate that.
