I was greeted shortly after opening on a weekday, got what I needed, and decided to buy a privacy screen protector. I was told about ZAGG and a free warranty. If you live in Hawai'i, avoid it. My screen protector cracked, and I ordered a warranty replacement. Their customer service is only via email and chat with an AI, no phone support. Four months later, I haven't received my order. I was told to email them if it wasn't received by a certain date, but they take days to reply, and the order is still in transit via UPS. The free lifetime warranty isn't worth it. I wouldn't buy their product, even with claims of a free lifetime warranty for iPhone 17 Pro and Max screen protectors. read more

Went inside to get new phones today and their customer service was horrible. Whoever was working @5:00pm literally all the workers didn't want to help on one worker was busy with a customer the other 4 or 5 just sitting down doing nothing. I was waiting for someone to greet as I waited to workers were talking about who was going to help me but you could see they didn't want to. Like if they're fighting who to take me. When I asked for help finally the woman with the ear plugs was so bothered I asked for help. She asked what I wanted and made a face then walked to the back room, rolled her eyes and didn't say anything else to me. No, give me a minute, no I'll be right back nothing just completely rude. We waited for like 5-8 minutes and nothing she never came back out and no other worker asked can I help you are you being taken care of. Nothing at all, I've never had such bad customer service in my life. Crazy thing was there was so many of them in the store doing nothing. Absolutely horrible service today on December 5th. This store is crooked. They asked if I am now or had ever been a first responder, to which I had responded in the affirmative. They told me that I was entitled to a promotional, which included an Apple Watch and an IPad. I informed them that I had no use for an iPad and preferred a lower monthly payment. They couldn't lower the monthly payment, but they did take the iPad out of the equation. I left the store thinking I had gotten a reduced rate and a promotional Apple Watch. 3 months later, my phone simply stopped working one day- no LTE, no voice calls, just WIFI. After doing some investigating myself, I discovered that they had input me into the "Firstnet" discount, created a profile for me without my knowledge, and input that I am a current first responder, which I explicitly stated that I am not. Furthermore, the IPad that I never received is still active and attached to my account, and I am still paying for it. This store is a joke. Walk in and try to purchase a screen protector, there are associates literally standing around. When I walked in I was asked if I was Zachary. No I'm not but can I get a screen protector. They are locked up in the back he says. He is waiting for someone that's not even there, I ask if I can please get the screen protector. He says he can add me to the que rather than just go get it and make a sale. Says maybe 10 minutes or longer. WHAT? I would say that my last visit to AT&T store in Mililani Town Center was decent. The AT&T representative was prompt and didn't draw out the visit longer than it's supposed to be. Typically at AT&T, you wait 'forever' to be helped, than after getting help, the representatives go on and on. However, this visit was much more to the point and I would say slightly quicker than I anticipated. The representative answered our questions, gave us the numbers and started and completed the process to upgrade the phone promptly. I was happy it went well and we were out the door fairly quickly. The reason for 3 stars has nothing to do with the employees, it's the AT&T process on upgrading a phone. read more

The hubby and I have been meaning to upgrade our phones for a while... and with the new iPhone 13 out, we decided it was finally time. A friend showed me his and the picture clarity was VERY impressive. I happened to see an ad stating that you could get (up to) $800 off if you trade in your old phone, so I called AT&T Mililani to inquire about details. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was informative and answered all my questions, so the hubby and I made an appointment to go in to change our current plan and to order new phones. We were warmly greeted by Sheila who took great care of us. It was a loooong process - to order two phones and to change our current plan (which is over a decade old!) I was there for about 3.5 hours! I was switched over to a "First Responder" plan (and scored a FREE Apple watch!) and then a family plan (another 3 lines) was branched out under me. It was definitely a process - of course Sheila did ALLLLLLL of the work while I sat there waiting to answer questions or verify information. The hubby and I ended up trading in our 11 Pro Max to receive 13 Pro Max phones, I got the watch, we are saving money by switching plans, and we are getting more perks with the new plan! It was a long process but well worth it. I reeeeeaally appreciate Sheila for explaining everything in detail to me. I ask A LOT of questions and am always hesitant to switch things because I'm concerned that something will mess up and we'll get stuck with something we don't want... or that things will get more expensive. Definitely NOT the case. Sheila asked me several times if I had questions and made sure I was comfortable with the changes that she was making. She took each process step by step (making a first responder account for me, family account, ordering watch, my phone, hubby's phone, etc) At one point when she was in the back to get something, the manager came over to speak with me to ask how things were going and if I was satisfied with everything thus far - he knew it was taking quite a bit of time for everything. I believe his name is Ray. He was very kind as well - and I told him that the customer service was exceptional and that Sheila was definitely an asset to the company. I literally had nothing bad to say about her because she was on top of her game and so thorough and patient. He did mention along the lines of AT&T Mililani ranking the highest with customer service (I forgot which region) but I did respond and say "I can see why!" I received his business card (and Sheila's) in case I needed anything else. I did visit a few more times after the initial visit (I had to turn in hubby's old phone, I had to switch my watch because I wanted a smaller size and different color - I'm indecisive!), and I had to turn in my old phone. Sheila helped all of those times and was patient, friendly, thorough, and fun to talk to! It didn't feel long and miserable while everything was being done... it was actually pleasant and enjoyable because Sheila is pleasant and enjoyable! Sheila recommends to check out plans every 6 months because things are constantly changing and there could be a better plan available which can save you money... having our old plan for over a decade I can only imagine what we missed out on. I know better now, and I will keep up with checking out the plans more frequently from now on. If you need a new phone/watch/tablet/plan etc... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go to AT&T Mililani and ask for SHEILA! You will NOT regret it, she goes above and beyond and is extremely EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you so much Sheila! My oldest was due for an upgrade for his phone so instead of ordering it online, we decided to head to the store. It's best to make an appointment online because if you walk in, you may be waiting for a while. When we got there, we were greeted promptly and instructed to wait outside until our name was called. The wait wasn't too long. Since we were on a mission and already knew what we wanted, it was pretty quick. Luckily they had it in stock. We made an appointment to discuss changing phone plans and getting new devices. Macks helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable and patient! We fully anticipated that it would take some time to switch over from Verizon and transfer our data to new devices, so it was great to work with someone who knew so much and was so pleasant to spend the time with. Macks gave us all the info we needed without being pushy. He worked super fast and knew the ins and outs of all that we had to deal with yesterday. Ultimately it took about 1 1/2 hours to get everything situated, but that was totally because it takes so long to get Verizon to transfer the numbers, and I had a ton of data on my phone that took up a good portion of that time. There is also a TV so you can watch something while you wait. Because my goodness you could be waiting for a while. The last two times I came here, it took 15-20 minutes for them to help me with something that should and did take about 2-5 minutes. During that wait time, the store was not busy, and the sales staff was either chatting amongst themselves in the store or doing something in the back. But, all that aside, once my turn was up, the staff were friendly and helped me with what I needed in a good amount of time. The store also seems to have a variety of phones to checkout and a fairly wide selection of phone cases ranging from $30-60 for iPhone cases. So, if you're in Mililani and want/have AT&T, plan ahead and make an appointment, or come early enough so that you are not pressed for time before another appointment. read more

I walked into AT&T Mililani on Saturday to see how much more my bill will be if I added another line. The rep got some info from me and said he has to talk to his manager. He comes back and says he's so excited to show me my deals. He said my bill will be $290 (I currently have 4 lines, wanting to add on a 5th and pay $263). It comes with HBO Max, Direct TV stream and some other things. He said after 6 months, I can cancel Direct TV stream and my bill will go down to $220. Good deals right? Adding another line for cheaper than what I currently pay. So we move forward with it... and as I was paying, I was told that Direct TV stream's bill will be separate ($75/month) and my wireless bill is $220 so totaling roughly $290. I thought that kind of odd but moved forward anyways. The transaction was completed and he started showing me what Direct TV stream can do. I asked him if I can cancel before the 6 months and he said no, it has to be 6 months. I go home and read the service contract for Direct TV stream and it's cancellation policy. I can return the device within 14 days and get a full refund. I call AT&T Monday and speak with another rep. I explained the whole ordeal and he asked if I signed up for a promotion. I said "I don't know, what kind of promotions you have currently?" He said "oh it depends". I asked to speak with a manager and he said that the manager will say the same thing as the previous rep and that it depends, and that they're in a meeting. He ended it by basically saying come to the store and return the box. Which I did. The same rep as Saturday wasn't there, and apparently the one I spoke with on the phone wasn't either. But another guy said he'd be happy to help. He asked me what was said on my previous visit and I explained I was under the impression that I had to sign up with Direct TV stream in order to get this wonderful plan. Turns out I didn't. Luckily I returned within the 14 days. I explained to him that the previous rep said my bill will be $290 and after 6 months when I cancel Direct TV stream it'll go down to $220. The infamous "let me speak with my manager" was said and he left. He comes back to say that he can't get my bill down to $220 but he can do $250. So I said fine, still cheaper than what I was paying. And I don't need Direct TV stream. As he's returning the Direct TV stream device, my daughter get's a text message stating I added Home Tech Protection for $25. I got the same notification via email. So I question, why was this added under my daughters line. NO straight answer just an "oh! I don't know what happened?" I'm thinking my wireless bill is $220 and adding the Home Tech Protection for $25 bumps my bill up to $250. And my receipt literally said the name of the sales rep I was currently speaking with. So HE must've been the one to do it... all the while claiming he wanted me to leave the store "happy". We've been loyal customers of AT&T from before it was called AT&T... back in the Honolulu Cellular days... 20+ years. It's amazing how they treat their long time customers with these games and trickery! Pay attention to your bills people... They sneak in these add ons w/out permission. Shame on them. read more

I went in to the Mililani Hawaii AT&T store at Towne Center to upgrade my phone. The phone was ordered as it wasn't in stock. It was promised it would be delivered to my home address within a few days. Later that day I received an email stating the phone order was cancelled due to the incorrect address(?). I went back into the store to reorder the phone- this time it was supposed to be sent directly to the store. Later that day- same thing. The phone order was cancelled. I again returned to the store. I believe I spoke to every rep in the store. They were kind and apologetic, But no one could explain why the orders were repeatedly cancelled. I asked to speak to their manager. "Chantelle" came out with an attitude. There was no kindness in her voice, no apology for the inconvenience and told me I should order the phone from Apple directly?! This is after I attempted to order it from their store for the third time?! I took a deep breathe and she got in my face about having an attitude. No one with this kind of immaturity should be in charge of customer service. There was no effort to make this transaction a customer friendly sale. The manager of this store was unprofessional, unkind and does not have the skill set to work with the public. read more

I upgraded my son's phone on his birthday. The process of doing this 'gift' for my son takes awhile. You must allot at least an hour of your time to do this, and additionally, you must be in a very patient mindset to complete this. This review, however, is about the new contract that I renewed because of the upgrade. The representative opted not to ask me about additional monthly features (fees) prior to finalizing the contract. He decided, on his own, that I would want the additional charges on my bill by default. Specifically, he failed to ask me if I wanted the insurance as well as AT&T's new program called, "Next Up." This practice is known as "nickel & diming" someone. The result, obviously, is paying more on your bill with the hopes of not catching the unwanted added features. I recommend that the staff at AT&T, prior to finalizing the online contract on their electronic device, reviews the agreement with the customer. At the very least, the representative should ask the customer if they want added features on their contract. I was not afforded a choice to select which services I wanted or not. Without going into details, my attempts to remove the unwanted services took even longer than upgrading my son's phone. read more

Ok, ok, ok maybe it really should be a 5!!! But I was so scared to change! Change because my phone is going crazy on me. Battery always needs to be charged and have closed apps and checked battery life blah blah thingy all over this phone and yup, it still does really fast. Maybe, just maybe I need a new battery but never mind. I just upgraded. I upgraded my phone now to an iPhone 6S(?). I still think that a phone is a phone is a phone right? Very Poor Service from Management to Associate. Jasmine tried to assist me in obtaining a new phone service as I was switching from T-Mobile to AT&T. First off, she did not introduce herself and very unprofessional. I continued to repeat myself as I provided my information. There was a mishap in AT&T's system which prevented me to obtain an employer discount. She spoke with management I believe he was a Mexican Rude Manager named James. He didn't introduce himself so I didn't know his name but he was very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. He advised me that I wasn't able to obtain my $10 a month discount because I made multiple inquiries online and the system has exceeded its tries. He did tell me that's it's only $10. Overall, there was no solution no customer service and poor leadership and communication. He told me I can go any AT&T and it would be the same. Guess what I went Verizon instead. No thanks to you and your store for your help and serivce. There was an issue with my ID which she did her best to try to override, but since this wasn't possible she instead left a note on the account in order to make the process seamless once I am able to resolve the issue with my ID. Looking at all the reviews it seems that this place is pretty much hit or miss on the level of customer service one will receive at this location. Well... I'm giving this place 5 stars. I have been with at & t for over 9 years now. Each time I have gone to a store, I have received great customer service. Maybe i have been lucky or the people that have helped were well trained and had a genuine interest in making the process easier. I think knowing the store manager helps as well lol! On my most recent trips to this location, Lana Stewart was my customer service associate that helped me. I told her that I was going to come in on a Saturday and upgrade my moms phone to the 6+S. I checked to see if she was going to be working and she was so I made sure to see her so she could get the commission or credit or whatever it is. She took the time on my first trip there to explain my options, answer questions and adjust my billing settings. She also showed me accessories I could get for the new phone and the current deal if I got 3 or more for 20% off. On my next trip, I had a few questions about the new phone and it's features. Chris and another lady helped to answer these questions , which ultimately helped me in deciding what I wanted to do with the upgrade. Saturday came and I went down, Lana was with a customer so I waited because I'm a person of my word and wanted her to get the credit since she helped me from the start. Once we got started with the process, I ended up upgrading my phone too because they had a deal going on that I got through email, add a line and get a free iPhone 6. How could I pass that up. In doing this I traded in both phones and got a credit and then upgraded both to the 6+S. I think I ended up only paying $30 to get out of my contract. Anyway, now time to transfer the pics and contacts. Lana was so helpful in doing this process for both phones. All in all I think she spent at least an hour or so in helping me. She even educated me on the fact that I could replace my old cracked glass screen protector because it had a lifetime warranty and just had to pay shipping. What a deal since a new one is $45. She even offered to put it on when my new one arrived in the mail. Overall, great customer service. I cannot express our ease of a upgrade of 2 of our phones here at the AT&T at the Mililani Town Center. Our technician Ian was the greatest with not only a friendly, smiling conversation but knowledge about our new iPhones too! The manager was helpful when we were waiting for our turn to get our phones by going to the back to get them and waiting with us while answering our questions about our purchases. When we talked to Ian, he was very thorough, talked to us like he had all the time in the world to answer our 1 million questions, and even put out screen savers on for us (you ALL know how much of a $%@*%*# it is to put on right???). All of this with a smile on his face and a few really cool jokes to throw in. I am sure he sells many iPhones but he really took the time to make sure we were aok with our purchase before we left. If I have any more questions, you can be sure I will be going back to the Mililani Town Center AT&T. BTW, I crossed over to the dark side, and I like it....darn iPhone junkie now...I hope I can sleep tonight.... read more

I lost my phone and of course, started to have major anxiety about info being lost, phone being found and used, etc. Natasha took care of calming me down and explaining how we'd make sure none of this would happen. No liked that she'd check with her boss when she wanted to be absolutely sure - it made ME calm down! In the end, I got my new phone and just superb service at ATT thanks to Natasha! Priscilla is by the far the worst manager at this location and has the worst customer service! She even threaten to call security on me because I apparently asked when I was going to be helped and she said there is a process! I understand processes but I'm telling you to improve it and don't tell me the inefficiency of your process and tell me you'll refuse service to me!! I can honestly say that I've been through the whole spectrum of wireless carriers. During my teenage years I've been with T-Mobile for a good seven years, in college it was Verizon, after college was Sprint (worst choice ever), and now it's AT&T in which I fell in love with once I bought my iPhone 6. I did not want the hassle of going to the store and transferring my number so I've did all the porting and initial registration online (saved me time and money, seriously). I also ordered my iPhone 6 online which took about 5 days as advertised online. Once I got my phone and after activating it, I went straight down to the retail store to add on my corporate discount. This was the fun part. I checked in with Mamonette, and turned out that she was my sales associate. I've waited about 10 minutes until it was my turn to be helped. During that time, I was browsing around for phone covers because I did not want anything bad to happen to my investment. I also was rolling my eyes because of this one obnoxiously angry customer in the store that complaining about waiting for her iPhone 6 to come in (saying something about a week for it to come in) then she stormed off making a scene trying to make it look like it was the stores fault. If you were like me and ordered it online you would not be waiting a week and being such a sore loser about it. But I did not care, I was thinking about me, me, and me. Mamonette called my name and I told her that I wanted to add on my corporate discount. I thought it was going to take awhile for it to kick in but she said all done and was already applied. Mamonette ensured me to have a look on my phone to see that it changed and also showed me the iPad she was using to make sure that it was added. She was so upbeat, personal, and understanding that I've wanted to help her out at her job so I added on a phone case and she was happily to put it on with no hesitation and no air bubbles. I am so happy with my purchase and the change in service. I think that I'll be with this carrier for a while. Thank you AT&T. I was on the fence about the Fitbit Charge HR but I kept seeing posts on one of those Facebook B/S/T pages for half off brand new ones. Yep, not refurbished Groupon ones or returned ones but BRAND NEW ones! I walked into the Mililani AT&T store at 10am on a Tuesday morning and to my horror saw no sale signs, just an ugly one for $149 . A sales rep crushingly told me the promotion ended 2 days ago. With one foot out the door and tears in my eyes, another sales rep approached me but the first dream killing sales rep chimed in "I already told her...the sale ended on Mothers Day." I walked out of the store and naturally commented on the FB sale post that the promotion already ended. Original poster said the sale was for 2 more days and said if I returned in a few hours he will help me out. ---- SCORE!!!!! I was so excited I barely looked at my new Fitbit before I walked out the store with it. But when I got home, I discovered it was previously used: There were scratches on the face plate and worse, several thousand steps on it. I messaged the original poster (maybe one of the managers?), who said it was probably from being moved around the store but said I could exchange it if I wanted. The steps and times of the day looks like a sales rep was using it at work ! The store was out of stock so I had to order one. 5-7 business days? No biggie, it's half off. I was shocked when I received an email saying it won't ship for 2.5 - 3weeks. Were they custom making it for me? And once those 3 weeks were up, I another email saying one more month. After each email, I messaged OP, messaged and called AT&T, and went to the store. Everybody had difficulty finding my order and nobody had answers. Do not I repeat do not do business with this company. Run somewhere else and pay whatever they ask for these people will never work with you, give horrible customer service and will drain you dry. I've been with them for 15 years had two phones to trade in and the sales rep Lana would not work with me and turned my business away. She didn't even confirm was phone is was and waisted so much of my time. After all that she noticed it was a different phone. Do unprofessional. They refused to give me an extra $5 for trade in. AT&T charges us an extra $40 that they couldn't even explain what that was for and told us that they couldn't fix it. So basically they're saying that we're forced to pay that extra $40. So My wife spoke to one of their customer service representative and was on the phone for almost an hour & was not able to help her. Then she went to there store location. And was also told that they are not able to help her and to call customer service again because apparently customer service was the only people who can help..... ?......what the fuck! She already spoke to those people! ..... Then She asked if they were able to speak to customer service on her behalf because they weren't able to help her the first time. And then AGAIN she was turned down and was told AGAIN that they WEREN'T able to HELP her! Sooo... why offer In store if those people are not able to help anyways! Overall they fucked up our accounts and provided shit customer service. Canceled out service with them! Never again will we do business with AT&T! Edwen S was an amazing customer service agent here at this location. I was in and out the door in 30mins no I didn't time it but it went by so fast I was able to. I went in with an issue about my military discount not being applied at another store several months ago and boom he fixed it on the spot also he assisted me with purchasing my new iPhone 12 pro Max which I throughly enjoy!!! This is our go-to for mobile phone service and up until our most recent visits we have been very satisfied with. Of great concern to me is that we were told by one of the employees that AT&T will be providing a higher level of service to their customers who have a DirecTV plan with them. We tried it for a month ($35), and to get the free Roku TV Stick/App. We understood the contract to include Showtime, HBO and other premium channels--it did not. I believe that the marriage between AT&T and DirecTV is a VERY bad business decision and I predict that if AT&T provides better service to customers who have DirecTV, AT&T will lose many customers along with 100's of millions dollars. Sorry to say, DirecTV is absolutely the worst TV/Cable/Streaming service provider out there. It takes a long time to load just about anything, no fast forward and if it drops out of a show/movie I have to watch them from the beginning, and we get errors saying our network is too slow or not connected when no other streaming service (Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos) we use has ever had any issue unless our 100Mbs (never get more than 4XMbs) Spectrum. To logon and manage anything in my account, they required me to logon several times with identical information to verify my service with AT&T and them. Lastly, I paid $35/month for lowest grade service and had to sit through a ridiculous amount of commercials for everything--WTH?!? I canceled our DiecTV Service today. read more
