Jesse was so helpful and put a temporary screen on my old damaged iphone, and kept it there to wait out a google imposed 8-hour time period before the password could be re-entered. The next day I dropped off my new phone for Jesse to mirror old phone data to the new phone. I came back about 3 hours later and although Jesse had left for the day the other employee picked right up where Jesse had left off and helped my get in to my old phone again to re-authenticate my identity for getting into my personal gmail. If it were not for these two amazing Geeks my email and calendar would be lost forever. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this store.

The drawback is that filling the store with staff, it's actually hard to talk to someone. Nobody greets you when you come in or acknowledges you while your wandering around the store looking for some help. In the lucky chance that you do come across a staff member then they will quickly tell you that they can no help you and to set up an appointment online.

Once they opened up, however, the sales people just went up to whoever was closest to them and it was clear that no one was actually directing them to those who were waiting first: two groups that came after us were helped while still no one made eye contact with us or checked to see if we needed help. Feeling invisible as an older woman with my mother in a wheelchair is one of my least favorite feelings. This is the third time I've tried to buy something from them in a week.
