He said he wasn't going to help me because he's arguing with his mom and I'm not sympathetic to his crying and interrupted his coworker to "trade" cause he wasn't going to work with me.. i asked for the manager and then he tells me that he IS THE MANAGER!! I told him I wanted his name, he told me it was Mesi Walker and then told me I'm banned from the store! There was also a pregnant female that was I guess just getting off and she told me she isn't working anymore so "what's good?" Like this 9 month pregnant lady is gonna fight me in the parking lot... all because I'm not sympathetic to him fighting with his mom? I'm just there to fix my devices !!! How is the manager crying and yelling at people ?? How is this professional?! I have been a tmoble customer for 13 years, I'm not a confrontational person... I think this man was having a bad day and I just happen to walk in during his mental breakdown! I absolutely did not deserve this.... My husband went in for a Crack screen and got it fixed. The screen would blink to black and would…read morebe all over place. Eventually the screen went black. We went back for the warranty to have replaced. They replaced it. Within a few weeks the screen started acting weird again. Then when he applied pressure for the finger print the screen went white and bright down the side. We took it back in. They said he had dropped it and refused to fix it even though it was a screen issue from the replacement. There was no sign of damage or cracking. They wanted us to pay full price for another screen even though the screens that had been put on were faulty or not working right from the start. Highly do not recommend if you're trying to replace a android screen from our experience. We have a Google pixel for reference.

I had a truly frustrating experience at the Boost Mobile location off Jefferson Avenue in Denbigh…read more In early September 2025, my mother, who's in her late seventies and has early onset dementia, went there with her aide for a Dish promotion that was supposed to offer a $15/month plan with unlimited data. Instead, the staff changed her phone number to a 948 area code without her request, put her on a plan with only 2GB of data, and charged her $63 for changing her number--something she never asked for. She wasn't able to use the service properly for the entire month, and they never offered her a refund. When we tried to fix it, they told us to call corporate. We ended up calling at least 11 different people over five days, getting the runaround each time. They kept saying they'd fixed it or put notes in the system, but nothing was resolved. They also claimed there were no more 757 numbers available, which turned out to be untrue because T-Mobile easily gave us a 757 number of our choice. Overall, it was an exhausting and awful experience. The customer service was terrible, and we never got the help or the refund we deserved. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one is well-earned. I can't recommend this Boost Mobile location at all, and they seriously need to retrain their staff.
